I love them. Hallmark is doing really well, they seem to care about what their audience want ( yeah that's a knock on you GH). They specialize in feel good and I'm looking forward to this becoming my once a week escape. |

From all the shows I've watched on Hallmark? I don't think I've ever seen anyone have a real, raunchy love scene or the almost porn you see on the other network. I like wholesome and romantic with out all the porn. |

It would be interesting to see if the prime time viewers take to "FnF" chemistry. |

They have an audience for it. Not everybody wants raunchy love scenes all the time, I think it's actually smart to try not to compete with other networks on that front. They're sorta the equivalent of a good old fashioned romance novel you can curl up with. |

I thought that was an interesting video, that the Pres of Hallmark even knows who Frisco and Felicia are enough to ask to get her on the show is interesting by itself. |

Speak for yourself. I've never cared about Jack and Kristina's offscreen romance, or any other acting pairing. Doesn't enhance the experience for me one iota. |

Lori Loughlin is the queen of that show, not Kristina Wagner. Nora is being used as a foil to the Abigail/Bill romance. Did you just start watching this show because KW is coming on? If you really think this is going to be some big romance for Bill and Nora you're deluded, sorry to say. GHers coming on thinking this show exists as an excuse to get some unofficial FnF reunion are completely deluded. |

So why do you like classic GH? Wholesome is not a word I'd use to describe 80s soap.

Yeah KW's character is that classic soap cliche of the wife showing up to throw a wrench in the plans just as the root for couple is falling in love. It never ends well for the wife. |

Not the OP, but I know what they mean. No, 80s GH wasn't "wholesome" but there were good characters who you could root for. There were also bad characters that eventually got punished. And there were gray characters that you rolled your eyes at and the next day would have sympathy for. Family meant something. Friendships were real. And there was plenty of romance and love in the afternoon. It wasn't "wholesome" but it wasn't trashy either. |

Didn't expect that. I'll admit I'm curious.
