I don't think Tristan or Emma have played Holly and Robert as being madly in love still in one single scene in any year since they both returned.

That's true and that's because the script never cause for it but I do know in 2006? Per Emma she said, she and Tristan tried to insert something into their scene, even if it wasn't on the page and if it was just a look to show their fans that deep down, they do still loves each other but it was never in the scripts.

Whatever they tried didn't work.

F&F, S&B, R&A, L&L all have lots of scenes where the couple is estranged but the actors still played the obvious love.
That it's obvious to the general audience and not just fans who ship the couple which is the real test IMO.

I didn't think L&L's chemistry was absent the last go round. It felt muted, they felt very distant, but the chem still brewed beneath.

It reminded me of how they were in the late 90s during their divorcing years.
It was flat. Like they both would prefer to do scenes with anybody else. It showed.

For R&H, In their very brief alone scene in 2006 & 2012 I saw the love, even if the words coming out their mouths were totally WTF!! It were all in their eyes, body languages. I thinks it work perfectly for the brief time they shared onscreen.

I loved OG R&H but sadly I just didn't see what you did. Wish I did.

It definitely did not feel that way after the Corinth material. The way they were comfortable and touchy during the hospital birth scenes was classic, happily married LnL. It was such a contrast to the previous awkwardness.

Funny how people see different things. I definitely saw the chemistry between TR and ES in the very brief time they were onscreen together. I just wish they had HALF the airtime the other supercouples have gotten. #Notfair

Bo & Hope, Greg & Jenny, Luke & Laura, Josh & Reva, Steve & Kayla , Robert & Holly :lovemuch
Count me in all of those except Josh and Reva. Never watched on episode of Guiding Light as it was opposite General Hospital.

Sadly, I must've blink and miss R&H because I don't recalls many scenes under Guza or Ron for that matter. I remember the virus story and then the Markham Island adventure and I remember thinking how stupid it all was but I don't recalls their scene on Ron's GH? I'm blanking out. Are there any clips out there?

I saw nothing, no spark, no burst, just two actors on screen and in the case of 2012 one looked downright pathetic he was being rooked.
