Someone on the MT said that RC is killing Duke to get back at D&A fans? Why? That makes no sense.

I Love Lucy is something I enjoyed as a kid, but don't like anymore. I hate Ricky Ricardo in particular, and find the humor too silly, like Three's Company.

I guess what we like changes as we get older. This winter, I saw Different Strokes and I have to say- what a crappy, poorly acted show. and I think it used to be number 1 at some point. Although, it was interesting to see basically "the lesson of the week" type format. It was so heavy handed back then. So much of the older comedy shows were cheesy.

I still enjoy I love Lucy and shows like Carol Burnett- even though they are silly and unrealistic. Do you like any other older shows?

Not op but I love all of Lucy's shows. But can't stand to watch Carol Burnett anymore because of the fake ad-lib laughing that the actors do (Harvey, Carol) when Tim Conway does his scenes. Harvey Korman starts laughing at Tim"s shenanigans, it was funny the first time but that was it.

Chile, I watch nothing but old shows. Magnum PI, Six mill dol man & Bionic woman, Starsky and Hutch, Golden Girl, Friends, everybody love Raymond, Hart to Hart, McMillan and wife, Love Boat, Fantasy Island, Night Gallery, Alfred Hitchcock. Maude, Good times, Living Single., Bewitch, I dream of Genie. Lost in Space, Voyage at the bottom of the sea, wonder woman and this is just to name a fewlol

The only current stuff I watch is NEWS, ChicagoPD, ChicagoFire, Empire and A Lifetime movie if there's a good one on otherwise I'm on antenna channel or some old rerun station. lol

Does that make Robert Ricky Ricardo? Lucy was funny and crazy though. I'd say someone like Tiffany or Lucy Coe were more like Lucy than Holly or Celia.
Holly's busted. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gG158drK3_4

This is definitely Ricky busting Lucy.
Robert and Holly were outdated like a 50's couple, but Holly wasn't funny enough to be Lucy.
She/they were funny in that clip esp in the restaurant with Lee B trying to be nosy. .I don't think she was trying to be Lucy. It's just a lot of similarity from the I love Lucy show and Gloria Monty had no shame in stealing from the classic.

Yep, he's re killing the mistakes he brought back because in reality? He should've never brought either one back. He should've left them both dead.
