Wow. That's pretty cool that People magazine it's putting out a Commemorative issue on AMC. It kind of makes Frons look like an idiot.

SOD did one for ATWT when it went off the air. It was really good. Lots of recaps, interviews, photos, trivia etc etc even from people who hadn't been on it in forever. I hope this one is just as good.

Gotta love that Cliff/Nina and Greg/Jenny are on the cover. I bet Luke and Laura will be on the GH one when it goes off the air.

Anyone remember this character?

Jason Kincaid returns as Sam Brady On Sept 6th when he attends the Pine Valley high Reunion. Look for him to cozy up to Opal and Verla (Carol Burnett) is not gonna like it one bit

I'm kind of disappointed in the Tad/Dixie reunion. I know the show doesn't have much time left (on TV, anyway), but it seems so rushed.
I, too, have been a Tad/Dixie fan in the past, but I feel like Tad's "death" and later "resurrection" took a lot of energy away. Try as they might, but they just weren't the same once "Ted Orsini" remembered his past & returned to Pine Valley.

SOAPnet plans AMC marathon

http://www.tvline.com/2011/08/tvline-items-all-my-children-marathon-debbie-allen-greys-anatomy/

Let the countdown begin!

On Sept. 23, All My Children‘s final broadcast episode will air on ABC. Thankfully, SOAPnet has announced plans to honor the daytime institution with a two-day, 12-episode marathon of AMC‘s most memorable hours.
For starters, relish in the wonder that is Erica Kane on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 7/6c, with a mini-marathon titled “I Love Lucci.” The five back-to-back episodes (one from 1979!) include Erica’s fairy tale wedding to Jack (one of their trips down the aisle, anyway), her daughter Biana’s difficult coming out, and the realization that she might in fact be a pill addict.
Head back to SOAPnet on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 5 pm for “All My Children: Last Chance for Romance,” which will feature seven episodes meant to showcase Pine Valley’s most beloved couples, including: Cliff and Nina (pictured above); Jenny and Greg; Tad and Dixie; Ryan and Gillian; Leo and Greenlee; Zach and Kendall; and Angie and Jesse.

Wow they totally skipped 90's couples. Went straight from 80's to 00's couples.
