Judging by TG new interview it sounds like fluke may of raped Laura.
Told ya.

RC is going to use Fluke to white wash Luke. It gives TG all the dark Luke he wanted and preserves Luke for a L&L reunion whenever RC finally gets around to being able to do it.

I had to search GH transcript of what Robert said about Frisco (couldn't find a clip of it) because I just couldn't handle hearing Robert's bashed Frisco, I mean come on, Frisco was his boy, I didn't like it one bit, however, it wasn't what I was told it was. I was also upset when they didn't have Frisco even acknowledged Robert. But I chalk it up to writers not knowing characters relationship well enough..Frick and Frack will always be my favorite duo.
Oh get over it, Frisco left his wife and baby daughter to go back into the WSB. They should killed him off when he left instead and had Felicia greave him instead. The way he left he was choosing adventure over his own family. Felicia then leaving her kids with Mac was stupid as well. At least when Robert and Anna left, Anna was kidnapped by Faison and then both were presumed dead in that boat explosion.
NOP, but hell no, I won't get over it. Details are important. Years of character development by way of onscreen images are indelible in a way that offscreen characterization will never be.

Indelible. That's why characters who banked years of rich onscreen history and highlight reel material like Frisco, Robert, Holly, Anna, Laura, Felicia, yes even Luke (though his deposits are running low), etc. will ALWAYS be popular and defended.

Frisco left Felicia and his children three times ONSCREEN by 1995.

That's ONSCREEN history. History that you and other Frisco fangirls like to ignore because it's an inconvenient truth about the character.

There was nothing OOC about Frisco walking away from adult Maxie last year. He did all the time when she was a baby.
1987 Exit: Left for WSB training with Felicia's blessings, went missing and presumed dead.
1991 Exit: Left to protect his family from a threat from his past. Sent for his wife and baby a few months later.
1994 Exit: Divorced off-screen at her request, temporary visit but explicit mention of ongoing off-screen communication.
1995 Exit: Still divorced, asked to stay, but left with ex wife's blessings to stop an imminent terrorist attack.

OFFSCREEN BS

2013 Exit: Returned to the WSB after being rejected by his ex wife even though his daughter begged him to stay.

Onscreen Frisco was never written as heartless until 2013. It was a dick move proposing to Felicia at the NB and a pussy move running out after her rejection. Whatever else Frisco was, he wasn't that and he was never heartless until the moment he told his only living daughter there was nothing left for him while she stood there pleading that she needed him. So yeah, I have a big problem with his 2013 exit. Because it gives people like you affirmation on the OOC OFFSCREEN BS characterization that tragically went on for years.

Speaking of Robert and Anna being in the explosion with Faison, I watched that storyline and really loved it. I especially noticed how they moved Mac into the Frisco's position in their group.

The young, daring renegade but in Mac's case he was real family.

"Real family?" Why? Because he was blood? And yet the opposite argument is always used to support his relationship with Frisco's girls.

Mac failed in the "Frisco position". Failed. No head writer was ever interested in writing for him ever again.
That bore would of been gone years ago if TR or FH stayed on , they just needed someone to parent robin and the jones girls after KW left too, he couldn't generate any heat with any paring they gave him and RC see's that now since M&F are used less than any other vet.. :lolz

I'm really surprised TG is loving this because it free's Luke of any responsablity and I thought he didn't like that type of writing?

SID info via DD:

The Luke story in SID says that basically he is fighting between the light and dark sides of himself after a psychotic spit with whatever went down on Elm Street. Tony is talking. Says it will explain Luke completely and why he left town all these times. When he was contemplating leaving the show they asked what he would like to pls to say and he wanted Luke's dark side. He is thrilled with the story.

I love this.

You obviously stopped watching if you seriously believe no headwriter ended up writing for Mac after 1991/92.

You know what I see? A weak husband and terrible father who took his parenting cues from his woman and choose work over family time and again. Pathetic.

Even Luke didn't take that route. When Laura kicked him out in 95 and absolved him of his responsibilities to the kids, telling him he could lead the life of danger if he wanted to, he told her hell no and that nobody was going to stop him from seeing his kids.

Luke dumped Lulu on Lesley's doorstep because he couldn't be bothered with her after Laura got sick and has also said he never even wanted kids that was all laura.

Please tell me what memorable front burning stories were written for Mac.
