JJY used to have written on his twitter "Better known as Mac written on his twitter ) and I just look at his twitter acct today and I noticed that it has been removed. I guess he accept that his GH gig is over. Yeah and thats very sad. After 20 years, you are basically a non-event.

believe it or not? I think Ric is going down the same Duke path and he'll be getting the boot shortly too. RC changed these characters by writing them in a corner and then dump them. But the ones he really like Ava? He worked hard to try and pulled them out the corner but it's blatantly obvious that he never had any real interest in Duke.
He really didn't and its been painfully obvious for almost 3 years. Once the Faison story wrapped, that was it. After that it was, Twitter, Tutus and Relish. He was barely on the periphery of the Robin story. Duke and Anna had no love scenes, not even a bedroom scene for heaven's sake. As soon as he chose Sonny over Anna, I knew this was going to end badly and I have suspected for the last couple of months that he would die in mob situation, whether by crossfire or intent. I actually thought they were setting up a who dun it, with that odd scene with Michael the other day, but maybe its just an accident. The difference with Ric, was that he was always a very shady character with a devious streak. Duke was always a little shady, somewhat of a loser, but he had a heart. This latest version of Duke has no heart. Duke was more in the Robin story than poor Mac who got sent off screen for the most part.

Yeah, I thought that was a little nutty considering JJY and KMc acted together for so many years in the Mac/Robin dynamic. That was also a painfully obvious sign as to how this regime viewed that character as well.

doesn't prove he leaked it
It was probably IB's publicist/agent. They probably started to look for new work for him and Logan found out.
Logan has a lot of contact in the biz. He is very good friends with a lot of them including some actors on GH. I have no doubt thats how he found out. Im surprised the secret stayed secret for as long as it did given IB looks to have taped his last scenes Friday. I think someone on GH leaked it to him tho..Logan revealed to much in his post. He practically gave away the whole plot.. It was obvious someone who was on stage or Ian himself. Logan was very unprofessional period.

honestly, Tristan and Jess looks real good together in that picture. Nice mature handsome pair. Maybe Ian can find his way over there and play a guy trying to go after Jill but Jill loves that shady Colin so he'd have to put in some work. I'll be cool for Tristan/Ian to work together again. I'll be cool with that.
ME TOO, funny that there was a rumor that BB wanted IB but he stayed loyal to GH .. but all theses rumors are making my head hurt now..LOL
Screw being loyalty to GH when the TPTB over at GH doesn't have loyalty to the actors or their characters. I remember reading how some peeps & blogger (michael logan included) felt that Tristan should've been loyalty to GH and turn down the offered contractual role from Y&R to stay at GH.. I thought it was BS even tho I didn't want him to leave and thought Y&R was way too boring.. I still understood why TR accepted it...They at GH didn't have any loyalty to TR, they didn't even invite him or Emma to the 50th anniversary. Plus, TR didn't know how long this gig at GH would last..In 2012 Tristan made himself totally available for GH to used him and he was even fine with out having a contract and they only used him for 4 days and then cast him and Emma Samms away while they brought on the Liver 3 and sign them to contract. Screw loyalty..Ian should've taken whatever B&B was offering and he probably would've still been there. ITA. Screw loyalty to GH.

I can absolutely understand if it was a contract actor, whose contract would basically be over. But a recurring actor, who for all we know and he knows might be back in the summer or fall, I just think it was a poor knee-jerk reaction.

It's kind of like when Tristan tweeted that Ethan wasn't Robert's son. It probably wasn't very professional but he gave his fans the heads up. I appreciated it. I actually really appreciate Michael Logan and normally don't really like the guy. Good for him!

I'm not going to speculate and start rumors about who leaked the info, but with regard to ML... he's a reporter with a scoop, is he supposed to sit on it? I fail to see how it was unprofessional to report on a scoop so long as you protect your sources.

Longer than Frank and Ron. I don't think he's worried about being "unprofessional".
