Pick 6 - Nick Riewoldt RLL's Logic: Best key forward in the game. Ever so slightly down in 2010 due to that hamstring injury, but took just two games to get back to his best and go on to average 108.9 points per game. At 28 he still has a number of years at the top, so we at the Celtics look forward to him running key defenders into the ground for many seasons to come. Fantasy Freako: Will be worth it, whatever price they put on his head. Others considered: Sandilands |

Pick 23 - Shane Mumford RLL's Logic: Severely under rated ruckman, who exploded onto the scene in 2010 averaging 93 points a game. Will handle the mantle of head ruckman with ease, maturity beyond his 24 years. His season was highlighted by averaging the third most hitouts per game of any player in the AFL. A tackling machine which will definitely help his scores. Fantasy Freako: I got him wrong last season. He is definitely worthy of holding down your No. 1 ruck role in SuperCoach. Others considered: Marc Murphy |

Pick 34 - Nathan Grima RLL's Logic: My favourite fantasy key defender by a long stretch. Make a note of trying to get him in every fantasy league I'm involved in, and this was no exception. At 25 years of age he fits perfectly with my team strategy, and averaging 91 in 2010 it puts him in the upper echelon of key defenders. Fantasy Freako: Player of the future. Seriously consider for SuperCoach. A rare high-scoring key defender. Others considered: Didn't give it a second thought |

Pick 51 - Keiren Jack RLL's Logic: 23 year old averaging 100. Took away the Sydney best and fairest, with many more to come in the future. Surprised he slipped this late and went after players like Cooney and Sidebottom. Will lock away for the next 5 years and enjoy the show. Consistency is a key reason for my choice. Fantasy Freako: Should be an elite midfielder in the near future. Safe bet I reckon in SuperCoach Others considered: Slight considerations to Boyd and Chaplin Edited by rocklovelive, Mar 23 2011, 10:38 AM.

Pick 62 - Greg Broughton RLL's Logic: With Jack Grimes gone, he was the obvious choice for a small defender. Will only get better at just 24 years old. Averaged 99 and 99 in his two seasons. Lovely player to watch, always taking the direct route and gaining ground for his team. Again, another consistent performer. Fantasy Freako: Make him a priority for your defence. He will only get better. Others considered: Matthew Boyd, Dale Thomas, Colin Sylvia Edited by rocklovelive, Mar 23 2011, 10:38 AM.

Pick 79 - Scott Gumbleton RLL's Logic: With a large number of key forwards being snapped up earlier than expected, I had to join in the trend so as not to miss out. Still a touch worried about his injuries, but I love watching him split packs open with a big strong contested grab. Will be given time to develop, and is still only 22 years old. A bit of a risk here, but with Hurley settling into the forward line I think he'll have a good future ahead of him. Fantasy Freako: Durability still a concern despite 17 games last year. Others considered: Adam Goodes, Ben McEvoy |

Pick 90 - Travis Varcoe RLL's Logic: Went from being a forward line pressure specialist, to part of the midfield rotations and excelled. Increased his SC output by 13 points, and expecting that upward trend to continue as he's given more exposure through the center of the ground. Yet to truely break out, 2011 could be his year. Fantasy Freako: An absolute jet who has a breakout season looming. Others considered: Ryan Griffen, Brent Stanton, Paul Bower |

Pick 107 - Shannon Hurn RLL's Logic: A class above the remaining players. Only requires limited number of possessions to generate a good SC score. Fantastic kick to handball ratio but his only problem will be taggers paying him close attention. If he can learn to deal with this, high 90's are not out of the question average wise. Fantasy Freako: Taggers will be a problem, but he is a defender that can produce the odd high score. Others considered: None. |

Pick 118 - James Kelly RLL's Logic: To add such a prolific scorer at pick 118 was wonderful. Stepped up his game to average just below 100 points a game. Some believe he's over done himself, but I think he can keep it up. Not over the hill yet either, like many of the players being picked around him. Fantasy Freako: With Ablett gone his number could improve. Could be a unique pick if you want him. Others considered: Nathan Foley, Shaun Burgoyne, Andrejs Everitt. |

Pick 135 - Josh P Kennedy RLL's Logic: Left Hawthorn for practically nothing, and found himself a new home at the harbour city. After showing strong signs all his career, he blossomed to pump out an average of 81 for the season. Expect him to up his game again in 2011, with a break out season a strong possibility. Fantasy Freako: I expect his number to boom this season. Strongly consider him. Others considered: None. |
