![]() In Marsvia one of the most important aspects of the universe is Magick. Beings born with the ability to use Magick are known as Magi and are able to cast magic from a pool of five elements, Air, Earth, Water, Fire, and Ether. Each element offers a Magi a different set of abilities to work with often referred to as 'spells', for example conjuring a 'Fireball' is classified as an 'spell' that belongs to the element of Fire. Whilst the ability of telekinesis is classified as an spell related to the element of Ether; the heavenly element in which all inexplainable supernatural instances come from. Including shapeshifting and spontaneously transforming a person into a frog. Even magically conjuring gold, and riches. In addition to the five elements of Magic there is combination magic, for example a wielder of Fire and Earth magic could use lava manipulation. Whilst a wielder of Earth and Water magic could manipulate plants. Journeymen users of Magick and above normally create there own Magick by combining two of the five elements together. For example combining the elements of Fire and Ether has been known to conjure Hellfire. Fire: Fire is a offensive element, which can damage the enemy with direct damage or damage dealt over time.![]() To gain knowledge of a spell, it can be taught, or stolen. Spells can only be stolen if your character is defeated in a battle involving magicka. If magicka is stolen, the victim is able to keep the spell forever, they can then teach the spell to other role players if that is something they desire the spell can also be stolen off of them. You can only steal spells that were used in the battle, you CANNOT steal spells that were not in the the battle/scene. ![]() Introduction: The ranking system is a scheme to reward hardworking roleplayers and to separate newbies from experienced roleplayers. There are six ranks in Mythos Roleplay. The highest rank somebody can achieve is Grand Master. They are denoted by numbers up to 6, and are added to a Habbo avatar's motto. For example an Apprentice would add {1} in to their motto. Requirements: {0} Initiate (None) {1} Apprentice (1 week minimum roleplaying in any mythological roleplay.) {2} Alumnus (1 to 2 months minimum roleplaying in any mythological roleplay.) {3} Adept (1 year minimum roleplaying in any mythological roleplay.) {4} Champion (2.5 years minimum roleplaying in any mythological roleplay.) {5} Master (5 years minimum roleplaying in any mythological roleplay.) {6} Grand Master (7 years minimum roleplaying in any mythological roleplay.) Each rank grants a character a different level of skill. As an player progresses through the ranks they are able to unlock one of the five elements, eventually unlocking all of the five elements once they hit the level of Master. {0} - Initiate. (For characters who are untrained in the magical arts) {1} - Apprentice. (Knows a single 'element' of magic, for instance they can only use Fire magic.) {2} - Alumnus. (Knows two 'elements' of magic, can use combined magic like Lava manipulation.) {3} - Adept. (Knows three 'elements' of magic, for example they can use Air, Earth, and Water magic.) {4} - Champion. (Knows four 'elements' of magic, for example they can use Air, Earth, Water, Fire magic.) {5} - Master. (Knows five 'elements' of magic, for example they can use Air, Earth, Water, Fire, and Ether magic.) {6} - Grand Master. (Knows all 'elements' of magic, considered the most powerful and legendary of all Magi.) Once you have reached rank {6} there is no need to learn spells, you will automatically inherit every spell under the rank {6}. You will NOT inherit spells that ARE for rank {6} - you must still be taught these. ![]() RULES: 4 lines (including the initial) to steal a spell. Death is one hour - there is to be no revenge killing. Try to avoid roleplaying with the person that killed you, unless they are the ones that started the scene between one another. This means you cannot just walk back to the person that killed you, and kill them. If you do this, your character will be deleted and you will lose all spells. Fight Simulation: (deflecting) Perosn A: *Casts a fireball down to my opponent* Person B: *Quickly jumps out of the way* Person A: *Casting another fireball at my opponent* Person B: *Waves my hand at it, casting an arcane shield to absorb the fireball* Person B: *Once the shield absorbs the fireball, it reflects it back to Person A* Person A: *Steps backward, dodging the fireball* Stealing Simulation: Person B has just been killed. *Extends my arm out to the dead body* *Pulling the arcane mana from his dead body* *Stealing the spell "Fireball" from his corpse* *Stealing the knowledge of "Fireball"* Credits: Paul (Sulkiness), Oxse (Thomas) Edited by Paul, Sep 7 2014, 03:43 PM.
