![]() 0.) Lexicon 0a.) The term 'Heroes' refers to roleplayers and their individual characters. 0b.) The ranking system is a scheme to reward hardworking roleplayers and to separate newbies from experienced roleplayers. There are five ranks in Mythos Roleplay. The highest rank somebody can achieve is Master. {1} Initiate {2} Apprentice (1 week minimum.) {3} Adept (1 to 2 months minimum.) {4} Journeyman (2.5 years minimum.) {5} Master (5 years minimum.) 0c.) Time titles are cosmetic titles that denote a characters age and their time roleplaying. {A} Ancient (4 years minimum, 12.5 thousand years old maximum.) {E} Elder (5 years minimum, 25 thousand years old maximum.) {GE} Grand Elder (6 years minimum, 50 thousand years old maximum.) {G} Godhood (7 years minimum, 100 thousand years old+ maximum.) 1.) Characters 1a.) Heroes can assume any race in mythology or create their own. However the race cannot be 'godmode' esque. 1b.) Players must display their rank in their motto. (Eg. {2} for Apprentices.) 1c.) Only heroes that possesses time-titles can be thousands of years old. 1d.) Every player is only allowed two heroes maximum. 2.) Skills 1a.) Heroes may learn all powers and skills, but their training must be realistic. (Eg. You're allowed to be a gallant Knight that happens to practice sorcery.) 1b.) Players must only use powers and abilities of their rank, regardless of their faction honorific. (Eg. A Initiate {0} could not unleash a huge storm, neither freely translocate everywhere. However they could cast a pyrokinetic application that produces a fireball and utilize other fundamental elemental manipulation powers.) 1c.) Experient players may create their own school of magic. (Eg. A Journeyman {3} may manufacture their own thaumaturgy and sorcery.) Edited by Paul, Sep 29 2012, 06:47 PM.
