As can be seen, the Polish front is continually being pushed towards Warsaw at an alarming pace and the southern pocket eliminated.

I am worried by the mass deployment of Soviet troops on Soviet-Polish border. Maybe they plan to join the Huns in the attack.

I would caution the First Lord to restrain his widely known antipathy for the Communists as, while they did sign that agreement with Hitler not that long ago, I cannot imagine that they would have any reason for removing a buffer between them and Germany; their arrangement being, at best, awkward and unatural.

Very well, I shall refrain from such comments.

*Thought: For now*

On the note of Germany's rapid advance I must lodge my formal opposition to the proposed gradual introduction of BEF forces to France. It appears we've grossly underestimated the strength of German armor and with this sort of success we have to consider that a winter offensive may be possible for the Wermacht.

For starters the head of MI5 normally does not comment on matters of such, at least through formal channels. If you wish to make a suggestion, do so to the appropriate minister.

In regards to the specific suggestion, however, our deployment is limited by how quickly we can mobilize and equip our divisions, it is no good sending over troops without the proper equipment to face those armoured divisions and it would be a costly waste of resources.

OOC: I understand your desire to be involved, however the Head of MI5 generally would not comment on these sort of matters, nor even be considered, seeing as MI5 is a counterintelligence outfit. If you want a more involved role, just take a higher one.
