Once again, Matthew had to stop running to catch his breath. His Aron - who actually wasn't an Aron at all any more - stopped as well, but he didn't seem to need to suck in deep, desperate breaths like his trainer was. He wheezed a couple of times, sneezed (which sounded a bit like somebody dropping a sheet of metal on a hard floor) and started rubbing his armour against a nearby rock. "I don't know why I kept this," Matt whined, rummaging around in his bag. He pulled out the 80lb lump of solid steel that Titan had shed before evolving, that he had kept because he was sure it would be worth something to someone, and it seemed a shame just to leave it in the park. Titan had finished scratching himself against the side of the mountain and had left a sizeable dent in the rock, lumbering over to lap up some of the water that had collected in a puddle nearby. Matt copied by swigging away at his water bottle, and then sat down, sheltered by the walls of the mountain that spread out to create a shallow cave-like entrance. "I guess we can stay here for the night," he said, and yawned. He curled up on the cold floor and then, on a lonely whim, released his other pokemon. Pyrite the Snorunt's stomach growled and he didn't look much happier when presented with a little Oran berry, but the little Deerling he'd picked up seemed delighted at it, and gulped down three. "You're healing up alright, aren't you?" he said softly, laying a hand on the little thing's head. He wasn't sure anymore if he wanted to release it back into the wild. |

Titan, making sure that Angel was alright first, lunged into one of the nearby Staryu with Headbutt, the impact sending it spiralling backwards to jab into another, who, in its apparent fright, sent the Power Gem attack it had been launching at the Lairon right into the Starmie's back. Enraged, the Starmie shot a torrent of water in Titan's face, causing him to choke and splutter and back away, rearing and tossing his head. Dancer, surprisingly, was the one to come to his aid, leaping gracefully over to perform a swift Double Kick to another Staryu, causing it to return with a water stream, which he shot little Leech Seeds into to absorb most of it before being nicely sprayed by the leftovers. Another Staryu came up behind Dancer, receiving an instinctive Double Kick for its trouble as the deer pokemon leapt, tossed his head, and launched the beginnings of a very small Energy Ball into the gem of the advancing opponent. Meanwhile, the Starmie concentrated on Hydro Pumping the crap out of Titan, who promptly fell with a 'clank' to the floor. |

Angel didn't look too happy with what was going on, attempting to wrap the Starmie up in a psychic blanket, forcing it to start spinning, but not in the usual way where it stayed facing the same direction the while time, but as though it were doing roly-polys instead. She spun it around, giggling happily before starting to try and make it go through the whole gyroscopic movement of being in any direction at any time just as long as it were spinning before letting the pokémon go, watching as it flew straight into the ceiling of the cave, Angel really hoping that the move left the pokémon dizzy, if not confused. She followed it off with another Magical Leaf, trying to knock it back away. Aqua seemed glad to be fighting with others now, starting to create a Smokescreen to help them out, hoping that the glint of light off of the centre gem would be enough that they could find the Staryu while they were nearly impossible to find back as he started firing off a Bubblebeam to them, trying to help confuse them with angles of attacks being different from the other two, managing to hit from in the water instead of on the land. Alisha quickly sat Matt up, doing her best to try and help him out, checking that he was alright from whatever had ended him up unconscious so quickly, and he hadn't started trying to breathe the water. |

Matt lay, his head lolling, and the light in the water had gone out. Pyrite ran over and leapt on his chest, causing him to splutter violently, water dribbling out of his mouth. He opened his eyes and they glittered as he clutched onto Alisha's wrist, sitting up. "You're cold," he said quietly, and then pushed himself to his feet, looking around. Dancer was in the middle of Jump Kicking a Staryu in the face, and he grinned as the last of them disappeared, leaving only the Starmie shrouded in smoke. "See it?" Matt asked, taking a deep breath, and the Deerling sneezed in reply as smoke got up his nose. "Jump Kick it." Watching carefully, Dancer positioned himself when he saw a tiny light glinting off the gem on the Starmie's centre, and then launched, hoofing it right in jewel and causing it to hit the floor with a smack, its light blinking. "Energy Ball," Matt said, and Dancer shot another smallish green blob that hit the twitching Starmie, sucking the remaining life out of it. "I think that's that," he said with a smile. "What now?" |

"I'm always cold, don't worry about it." she said casually, getting up next to him, seeming relieved that the guy was alright considering seeing someone drown 5 minutes after you've met them wasn't always the nicest thing in the world. "Lights gone out now though.." she said, seeming very disappointed in not being able to get even a reasonable look at it before it went, Angel teleporting back to her side before another sort of light seemed to start, though it not really so permanent. All it was was that little light of evolution, big dea- wait a minute. Light of evolution? Alisha squinted towards the light that was being produced, trying to see what was going on before Aqua emerged, now in a deep purple colour rather than that strange green that he'd been before. "Why hello.." she mused as the light faded completely, Aqua hopping up, looking really quite pleased for himself to have evolved as Alisha got out the small blue scale that she'd picked up before with the childish smiley face drawn on it, hanging it around his neck. "Told you you'd get a present when you evolved." she grinned to him, though Aqua seemed to have no idea what the present was. |

"Hey look," Matt said, pointing at Aqua. "That's a Seadra." Pyrite glared at him for a while, and then pointed at Titan, who was all fainty on the floor and stuff. "Ah, Titan," he said guiltily, rummaging around in his pockets for something helpful. He found a lovely burst Oran berry that had given him a rather attractive purplish stain on his crotch, and waved it under the Lairon's mouth. Titan sniffed it, then licked the juices off with his flat pink tongue, and his eyelids fluttered open. "Here," Matt said, spritzing him all over with a potion. He stood up creakily and shook himself off. "Damn water attacks," he muttered. "We're gonna have to make sure you don't rust up. Just keep moving for now. Yeah?" He turned back to Alisha. Two exits were in this tunnel. "Left or right?" he asked pleasantly, one eye still on the pool. When he had been under the water for those few minutes he had been sure the light had done something to him. Either it had knocked him out or allowed him to come back again. Whatever it was, it was weird. |

Alisha smiled to him faintly at the random observation. "Yup, he is." she mused, returning him back to his pokéball before they moved on, since she somehow doubted there would be a load of random sub-terrainian water pools for him to make sure of for his comfort while crossing about with all this rock and stuff around. She glanced back to Matt again as he started speaking, before over to the two exits. "I don't really mind which way. Somehow I think I'd just end up getting us both completely and utterly lost inside here, so don't really want to be making all the decisions." she mused, before back at him. "And don't worry about me. Worked out that I can survive a little while before I rust up completely." she said, before pausing, starting to work out at exactly what point he finally figured it out. Angel seemed not to care much at all, moving back to using Titan as a mount, though giving him a shot of Heal Pulse to help him out where the Oran berry maybe hadn't done so much. |

He laughed at her rusting comment, thinking that it was a joke, because of course he had been talking to his steel Lairon. But something about the way she'd said it made him want to look at her, and when he did, he squinted, and then did a double take. "Uh," he said slowly, backing away. Should he let her know that he knew? Or should he just play along and escape at the first opportunity? His fear caused him to choose the latter, and he said nothing, quickly veering into the left tunnel. Which was weird, as he always chose right when he had this decision. The light of the Seadra's evolution had reflected off of the girl's skin and hair, and not in a nice smooth way either, in a contoury polished way that had seen many a time. On his Lairon. His steel Lairon's shiny steel armour. Luckily he didn't have to think about this for much longer because there was an enormous homicidal Ursaring standing in his path. "Oh, thank crap," he sighed, and sent forth his Deerling. |

Alisha managed to be really quite confused when Matt seemed thankful for the Ursaring that managed to appear before them, but shrugged it off quite quickly. Maybe he liked them and wanted to catch it? Who knew. "Angel, you're up." she mused, the Kirlia quickly jumping up and over towards the Ursaring. she seemed quite a bit put off by the fact the bear was really quite a big bit bigger than herself, but it wasn't about to stop her as she raised her hand towards the bear, trying to hold it still in psychic energy so Dancer would be able to attack much more freely. |

"Energy Ball," Matt ordered, really wanting the little pokemon to be confident with the move. The Deerling opened his mouth and a couple of pea-sized pellets sprayed out at the Ursaring, melting through his fur and making him growl. "Ok, not quite," Matt said, backing away. "Try a Jump Kick Double Kick combo!" Dancer leapt and twirled, living up to his name, slamming his front hooves into the Ursaring's chest and sending it staggering backwards, but not too far because of Angel's psychic hold. The Deerling then twisted elegantly and pounded the bear with his two back hooves one after the other until it roared and Slashed out, catching the pokemon on the back and sending him crying and rolling away. "Get up!" Matt said impatiently, and the deer pokemon pushed itself to its feet, fell again, and then struggled to stand again. The Ursaring strained against the psychic bonds holding it still and slowly stomped over with a second Slash. "Camouflage," Matt said, knowing there wasn't anywhere to run. The Deerling's colour changed slowly into a rocky grey and the Ursaring stopped, blinking. "Try a Faint Attack!" Matt called. Dancer's already hard to see body evaporated. There was silence for a moment, and then the Deerling appeared behind the Ursaring and sent it shooting through beside Alisha and crashing into the pool in the cavern behind. "Ok," Matt said. "And now we flee before he wakes up." He hurriedly moved further down the corridor, Dancer prancing victoriously along beside him. |

Alisha smiled faintly as she dodged the Ursaring crashing into the pool next to her before she started to run, doing her best to find a way through with Matt, though she could hear the Ursaring stirring from behind them as she did so. "Angel, Heal Pulse on Dancer, then make sure that Ursaring doesn't move. Teleport after us once we're a safer distance." she called back, Angel seeming to sigh as she used the pinky purple move to pass the energy across to Dancer, making sure that he still had all the energy needed through those couple of Slashes that had been lashed out at the pair of them. Alisha carried on forwards, though ending up crashing pretty much straight into a rock due to the lack of light in the area, her groaning loudly to add to the distinctive sound of the thud of her hitting the stone. Slowly she started to get up again, trying to look and get her bearings again before starting to notice the Boldore that she'd managed to crash straight into. "This is going well..." she groaned, watching as it started a Power Gem at them for disturbing its rest. |

The Deerling closed his eyes momentarily as the Heal Pulse washed over him, and then shook his fur hard and continued leaping down the corridor, suddenly skittering to a halt as the enormous rock type pokemon began to charge an attack at them.. "Ah, great," Matt said as he saw what was about to happen. "Maybe we should have gone over instead of through after all. These pokemon really don't look like they're used to being disturbed." He looked over to Alisha, and then at his pokemon. "I would take this one, having a Grass type and all, but he doesn't know how to use his Energy Ball yet." |

"Hey, the try before didn't seen all too bad. And we knew what it was gonna be before we walked in. So what if they don't like us?" she smiled to him, trying to remain positive through it all as she brought out a confused looking Aqua who fluttered his fins as he bounced to the ground. There may have been little water around, but it didn't mean he was completely useless. He hopped up, managing to block the oncoming onslaught of gems with a large torrent of water, his fins managing to keep him in the air that little bit longer with each bounce, though the whole thing wasn't exactly perfect. The water mixing with the rocks that blasted back at the Boldore seemed to manage to annoy it further, Mud Slapping up at anyone who was looking at it, rather than just at Aqua. Aqua glared dangerously at the Ore pokémon, giving it another blast of high powered water before attempting to confine it within a Twister to make up a makeshift whirlpool around it. The rock type put up an Iron Defence in protest against it, trying to do its bit to help before starting a Rock Blast, firing out rocks in whatever direction it had been facing before the whirlpool ended, dropping the pokémon to the ground where it seemed to prefer to scuttle away than fight any more. Alisha brushed herself off from where one of the rocks had managed to hit her, clearly not really in too much pain from it, smiling as Angel turned up, hugging her softly. "Onwards and upwards?" she asked innocently |

Matt was about to reply but a sudden groaning cracking noise from above interrupted him, and he just stood there with his mouth open for a while. "I think all that fighting may have triggered some kind of-" That was all he managed to get out before an enormous rock fell from the ceiling, crashing down and splitting their party in two. Matt dived out of the way, and the floor beneath him collapsed at the same time, causing him to go barrelling down with his pokemon onto the level beneath. When he recovered, he coughed a few times from the dust in the air, and looked around. Titan, check, Pyrite check, Dancer, check. Ok good. Wait, had Dancer always been a Seadra? He clutched his aching skull and took a few deep breaths, staring at the pokemon that was here, and wondering where his Deerling had gone. "Alisha?" he yelled, but his voice was quiet even in the echoing caverns. "Ouch.." he made his way across the rubble towards some sort of exit, but his way was blocked by two large Golems. He sighed. "I guess there isn't much chance you'll just let me pass, right?" |

Jake and his pokemon heard the noises of battle long before they felt the crash. The shouts of people and the cries of pokemon had made him and his Sawk start down the tunnels in search for the source. The crash, and tremor that came with it, made them stop and look at eachother. Once the ground ceased shaking they picked up their pace trying to close distance between whatever it was that was causing such a racous and them. Whatever it was sounded strong, and the pair wanted to test they're newly developed skills. Spurred on by the thirst for battle the two martial artists turned corners and ran down corridors. The noises were getting closer.. |

Alisha winced, pressing herself against the side of the cave as the rocks fell to try and get away from being hit as the event happened. by the time she opened her eyes there was a significant lack of bodies in the room compared to before... "Matt?" she called out, trying to work out where he was, as the most obvious one missing before looking to who was on her side. Still had Angel, but the Deerling was certainly a recent addition, and not that much of a welcomed replacement for Aqua either. She thought she heard something faintly happening below her, but it barely made enough of a noise for her so really count it as anything. "Angel, can you teleport and find them maybe..?" she asked, but Angel just shook her head, looking down. It's rather hard to teleport when you don't know where you're going. Ending up half inside a rock or person or whatever wasn't on the top of her list of things to do. Alisha bit her lip lightly, starting to move onwards on her own, though keeping an eye on Dancer to make sure she was being followed, just in case. Aqua meanwhile seemed confused about what had just happened, though staying close to Matt for the sake of preferring the company of him to the company of no one while attempting to get back to Alisha. He hopped after him, spotting the Golems and glaring, seeming to be starting to blame the pokémon in here for splitting him from his trainer. (Dire, pick a side and go to them =P) |

The duo turned a final corner, they knew they were close hearing the shouts of a boy calling "alisha!" And a girl calling "matt". As they rounded the corner they stopped at the edge of the entrance. A large hollowed out part of the cave stood before them. The ceiling was high before, but it quickly became aparent that it had become higher since the rocks fell inward. Jake guessed this was the source of the crash judging by the amount of debris littering the ground. He could smell water but had little interest in finding it. His attention was turned towards the two massive Golems in the floor. They cried out in frustration, angry from being woken up and knocked onto their backs. They rocked back and forth trying to tilt their massive bodies to their feet. They suceeded. Jake smiled at the worthy opponents. He nodded to Jet, who nodded back and dropped into the chamber landing with a soft thud. Arms up, legs bent and ready for a fight. "Is there anyone still in here!?" Jake called out not yet seeing the people who he'd heard, while one of the golems turned its gaze to the Sawk. Hearing no reply he dropped down himself joining his Sawk, assuming anyone who was here fled before these behemoths. He was startled to see a young girl accompanied by a strange deer-like pokemon and an odd looking green haired pokemon. He locked eyes with the girl. "Are either of these pokemon yours?" He asked her sternly, referring to the Golems. |

((Wolfie, it's kinda confusing but we were split down the middle. I got her Seadra and she got my Deerling, so I'm the one with the Golem and she's not. =D Imma assume you're with her anyway~)) Matt looked at his pokemon. A semi-conscious Lairon and a frightened, rattling Snorunt. And a dirty great Seadra. He sighed. "Ok, look buddy. You don't like me and I don't like you. Well, ok, that's not true. I don't have a problem with you. You're kind of cool-looking. All jaggedy with that badass scowl." Aqua looked at him. He shut up. "But yeah. I gotta borrow you. That cool?" The Golems advanced as one, so he took a deep breath and decided that even if it wasn't cool, it was going to have to happen. "What do you even know? A water attack, I guess. Water Gun or something! Go!" He was fully aware that this was pathetic, and presumably so did Aqua, but she very kindly hopped in front of him and gushed water from her nozzle-like mouth that smashed into the left Golem's stomach, making his mouth snap open in pain. The second one tore rocks out of the ground and lobbed them towards all of them, causing Matt and the rest of them to dive out of the way as they crashed hard into the ground. "Need something better," he called out from behind a handy boulder. "Can you do Hydro Pump?" Happily, Aqua gushed water again, but this time in such an enormous, pressured torrent that the Golem she hit full-on with it was launched straight out of the chamber they were in and out of sight. "Epic," Matt said with a smile. A slightly jealous one, too. "Ok, now for the next one. Smokescreen?" The area filled up with thick black smoke and Matthew put his sleeve in front of his nose to take a breath. "Use the time to Focus Energy." She complied, still looking a little unsure about his guidance, but took a deep breath and focused herself, ready for the next attack. Rocks were flung out of the cloud of smoke every possible way, but she listened to Matthew and dodged every one of them. "We make a pretty good team," he said with a laugh, but the battle wasn't over yet. The Golem came barreling out of the smoke cloud and launched into the Seadra, and they rolled over, crashing into a wall and causing Aqua to be squashed quite hard between a Golem and a rock wall. "Ack!" Matt said. "Water Gun, Water Gun, just get him away!" She struggled for a bit, spurting water, and the ball of rocks backed off, shaking himself, but then began tossing rocks at her again, making her squeak. "Hydro P-" he started, but was severely put off as she was smacked in the nozzle with an enormous rock. "Dammit, Hydro Pump!" But instead what came out of her was a torrent of bubbles that exploded on impact, making the Golem roar in pain and confusion. "Alright, not quite," he said, "Agility or something. You can't get hit again." Instead, she whipped up a Twister that knocked away the oncoming boulders but had no real effect on the Golem who stood still stubbornly, and then came rushing forward to smack into the Seadra. "No!" Matt said. "Listen to me! You don't know me, you may not trust me, and I'm sorry I got you hurt, but together we defeated the first one, so try to trust me. Agility to get out of the way!" She glared at him for just a second, but then zipped out of the opponent's path and ended up behind him, taking deep breaths. She looked at him again for advice when the Golem skidded to a halt and then curled up in a ball, beginning to roll towards her. "Uh, ok, Agility and Hydro Pump. Spin!" It was a really weird command, but she did it anyway, using agility to spin around the room and then launching a powerful torrent of water that smashed into the Golem no matter where it turned. When she stopped, she was dizzy, but she squealed with happiness at the way the plan had worked. And then she started to glow. When she was done, Matt blinked at the Kingdra. "Uh, hi," he said. She winked at him, but then was smashed over the head by a gigantic rock just before the second Golem sprinted off, leaving him alone with a semi-conscious Lairon, a shaking Snorunt and a totally fainted Kingdra. "...Alisha?" he yelled. |

(Yeah, I'll ignore the Golem bit for now just since it is that bit confusing. Not exactly the most convenient place for someone to step in, but hey x3) Alisha looked up and over towards Jake as he moved over. She seemed to give a small sigh of relief as she saw she wasn't alone again, but still wasn't all too happy with how things were going on. "Just the Kirlia's mine..." she mused, Angel ending up hugging Alisha much tighter in worry, able to feel the emotions from down below. "The Deerling belongs to my friend. We just got a bit separated due to this rockfall. Any way you could help us break through?" she asked, seeming hopeful to the other boy as she looked to the rocks that separated, seeming to be trying to pick off a few of the rocks to pass away from it, but it wasn't nearly the best way of doing it, Angels psychicness didn't do much better and Dancer seemed too nervous to help out by order of some strange shiny girl he'd just been stuck with. The fact that there was quite clearly a sound of a battle coming from where before she'd been willing to ignore didn't help her calm down all too much either. |

(Ooohhh may fault haha, yeah it was a bit confusing, scratch most of my post but assume I'm with alisha haha sorry for goin out of turn haha ok ill edit it and then go after you k...ok? )Jake and his Sawk walked towards the female trainer slowly, hoping to show that's he wasn't a threat. 'Are you alright?' He asked her as he walked, Jet matched his steps keeping up a bit of a guard in case the pokemon decided to get squirly. 'What happened?' He asked not waiting for a reply to his first question but expecting an answer to both. he stopped and turned his attention to the area where more battle noises were coming from. Aparently there was a fight brewing and Jake felt a bit sad that he was so far away, but this girl might be in need of his help even though she looked very capable of taking care of herself. He looked back at her and listened to her, answering with only a nod. 'Hmm well it sounds like you're friend might be iin trouble. We'd better hurry, Jet!' He called to his Sawk. 'Sawk!' Jet replied jumping to a spot in the cavern floor where he would be out of the way, he rarely had to wait for a command from Jake nowadays, he knew his trainer so well. Sawk began beating the rocks with huge Brick Breaks, one after the other chipping away at the stone with ease. |
