Alex smiled as she made her way to the trail which would lead her to Brivis. Thoughts of Kuzumi filled her mind as she happily made her way there in the dark. She had spent a bit of time with Kuzumi, but that was okay. She liked the boy a lot and couldn't seem to get him out of her mind. It made her happy to know he would be showing up to the next contest! The excitement was amazing to her. For a moment she thought of the creepy boy who was the reason she even met Kuzumi. She felt a subtle jump in her stomach as she thought about that situation. She also wondered where the boy had gone as that too was a good question. Not the best of thoughts while alone in the woods past dark. She now had a sense of paranoia, which wasn't very off or wrong. Every sound seemed enhanced to the girl as she held her poor Roselia tight. The rose based pokemon pushed out from her trainers arms and rather walked beside Alex after being held for a bit to long a bit to tight. "Zelli" voiced the Pokemon. They were both feeling followed, which was probably the only reason they continued to walk as long as they did. Alas, the girl was starting to get a bit to tired to continue though. Rose didn't want to stop, although Alex did. "It won't do a bit of good if we are to tired to fight Rose!" the girl persisted as she leaned against a tree sitting down. The rose based pokemon frowned as she knew her trainer was right, though she did fear stopping. The Pokemon leaned on her trainer making the girl be a pillow, as the girl leaned on the tree. Slowly both of them started to fall asleep, which gave a stalking creep the perfect moment to attack. ((Liz I'll PM you really quick, read the PM before posting please x3)) |

He had waited a long while for the girl to finally separate from Kuzumi. That blasted boy had gotten in his way too many times, but this time there would be no disturbances. Alexander was confident that he had this girl all to his self, which meant he would finally enjoy a bit of pleasure. As he watched the girl settle down to sleep, he felt a rush of warmth move below his waist. Still, he knew better than to just rush into this; he had actually learned something from his past failures. Alexander waited for what felt like an eternity, but finally he was sure the girl and Roselia were fast asleep. Without a word, he lifted a hand and pointed at the poisonous Grass-type. His Infernape from before nodded in response to this before it quietly moved to swing up into the trees. The youth would then wait as his Fire-Fighting type stealthily made its way over to the tree that Alex and Rose rested beneath. His eyes lit up in disturbing pleasure as he drummed his fingers on his leg in a rather restless manner. His Pokemon was now lowering itself to carefully, almost tenderly, take the sleeping Thorn Pokemon up into the tree. If Rose remained fast asleep, then Alex would be defenseless while Alexander still had a few other Pokemon on his side. Not that he would need any of them; he was the stronger if the two, this they had discovered back when he first tried to have his fun with the girl. The reminder of his failure momentarily turned him off, for an image of that infuriatingly feminine boy had popped into his mind. Even if Kuzumi wasn't a boy, Alexander was sure he would still be turned off by that brute. But this wasn't a brute before him, sleeping peacefully only an arm's reach away. Once again, an odd light appeared in his eyes as he felt that familiar warmth from earlier. Alexander was excited again, and now that he was unable to resist, he carefully positioned himself above the sleeping girl before he sat down on Alex's stomach, and used his legs to pin the girl's arms at her sides. "Miss me?" He inquired, an obvious touch of arrogance in his voice as he slapped one hand on Alex's mouth while waving the other in greeting. |

Rose, unlike Alex, wasn't a heavy sleeper. As she felt the Infernape grab her she only kept her eyes closed for a moment thinking it was Alex. Though as she was being lifted she blinked once before realizing what had grabbed her. In a failed attempt the small plant cried out "LIIZELLII!" trying to awaken her trainer, that was assuming the Infernape didn't try to cover her mouth. The pokemon also used her poison point to try and weaken the fire type which held her, then tried to wiggle her way out of his grasp. Alex wasn't an easy one to wake up, though she slowly started to wake at Rose's cries. "Rose??" She asked still half asleep. This, of course, changed as she felt someone on top of her. she blinked twice trying to adjust her eyes. Her eyes widened with terror as she heard Alexander's voice. She would have screamed loud enough to be heard a mile away had Alexander's hand not muffled her shouts! Caught off guard the girl just froze for a moment before trying to turn her head back and fourth trying to get the boys hand off of her mouth. she also made attempts to knee his back til he got off to her. Pathetic attempts as the girl was so tired, but attempts none the less. If she managed to get his hand away from her mouth she would call out to Rose for a poison sting at Alexander. She didn't care if she herself got hit by them, she wanted Alexander off of her! However, the Roselia wouldn't be so incline to put an attack out that may poison her trainer, though if it was what Alex wanted then she would. Hesitantly, but she would. Within all of this mess a Tropius near by was trying to sleep, however the shouts of the Roselia woke him up. The Fruit Pokemon wasn't happy about being awakened and listened to try and find the noise that which he heard. What ever was going on it had better be good. ((Hero will find the noise in my next post. I'll control the Tropius or do you want to?)) |

((Usually the mod controls all NPCs during modded threads, but if you want to control Hero, then I will allow you to and see how it goes. However, I will abruptly take over if necessary.)) The Poison Point would have worked on Infernape if he hadn't been careful about this Pokemon. As it happened, he knew to avoid the Roselia's thorns this time, and so he did just that. It was unfortunate, but abilities could be avoided as easily as attacks could. Because of this, the Fire-Fighting type smirked down at the captured Thorn Pokemon, clearly amused with how Rose tried to wriggle out of his grasp. It was unlucky of the Roselia to be caught by a monkey-based Pokemon, for the Infernape would have a powerful grip on her, stronger than even a human. She would have to try harder to escape this fully evolved Pokemon. At the same time as this, Alexander was grinning wickedly at the captured girl beneath him. That look of horror seemed to give strength to the male, and this allowed him to keep a firm grip over Alex's mouth even as the girl struggled. While this was wonderfully easy, getting the girl to stop kneeing his back proved to be a bit more of a challenge. Although the hits were hilariously weak, Alexander didn't want to take any chances. Because of this, he tightened his grip further on Alex's face, and then made to hit the girl's head against the tree. "Keep it up, and I might have to punish you." His voice was low, dangerously so, and his eyes clearly portrayed his intent. "No one is going to save you now," murmured the boy as his eyes strayed to peer down at the girl's breasts. Just the sight of them made the warmth below grow, causing something to stir. The feel of them would probably be just what he needed to brighten his day, even if it was late at night. If he wasn't stopped, then his free hand would have moved to take hold of one. |

Rose felt useless as she wasn't able to get away from the fiery monkey. She only struggled a bit before stopping. It was obvious she wasn't getting away. The pokemon frowned as she tried to relax herself. She wouldn't get anywhere if she just struggled. Instead she decided to try and relax. She knew she needed to get away to help her trainer, but it seemed almost impossible! The Rose based pokemon then decided to try something different. She relaxed her muscles hoping the Infernape would try to save his energy by relaxing himself even if just slightly. To hopefully make this attempt more successful she let out a lovely scent from her rose tips. Since she wasn't actually preforming it didn't matter if she looked pretty using a sweet scent. If the monkey relaxed enough the Roselia would jerk back shouting "ZELLI!" in an attempt to at least hit him with a thorn, or, even better, make him lose his grip. As the Roselia tried her luck at relaxing Alex continued kneeing Alexander pathetically as hot tears fell from her eyes. I should have stayed in Conifer! she thought to herself just before Alexander hit her head on the tree. She tried to cry out in pain, but her shouts were once again muffled. As Alexander spoke she felt her stomach jump and a cold chill go up her spine. She started to feel numb and shaky as well. Though, as the Sweet Scent lingered down Alex began to calm subtly. Still scared she took a deep breath and closed her eyes tight as Alexander said no one would save her. Which sadly she thought this true, but that didn't mean she wouldn't try to get away! The girl started trying to push herself up and to the side with her feet and elbows. She hoped to throw the boy off, although it didn't seem she would likely be able to. She wasn't the strongest of people as it was, let alone when she's so tired she can hardly defend herself. When the boys hand touched her body however, she panicked and stopped trying to push, but started to knee again, only with the bit more adrenaline the hits were harder. Much harder, perhaps even enough to cause a little pain to the boy. It was then that the Tropius found the noise which had awakened him. He peered curiously from behind still hidden within the forest before realizing the girl was in trouble. He let out a loud roar when he saw the struggling girl pinned against the ground. Sadly, he didn't see the pokemon, but that wasn't his concern at this moment. The girl was. "TRROOO" he cried out as he swayed his wings back and fourth creating a strong gust. What he had just found was absolutely unacceptable! ((Lemme know if I should fix anything. I'm not quite sure if this is okay or not x3)) Edited by Vaporeon, Sep 6 2012, 03:18 PM.

When Rose physically relaxed, the Infernape rolled his eyes. He wasn't born yesterday, so he knew what was going on. Because of this, the Pokemon grinned sardonically at the Roselia as he tightened his grip. It was, however, around then that the Thorn Pokemon started to use Sweet Scent, and that really was a lovely aroma. That scent muddled the Fire-Fighting type's mind just enough to get him to relax a bit, though he was vaguely aware that he shouldn't. Still, there was no denying that it was a soothing aroma, and so the Pokemon settled back a bit, having taken the brunt of the Sweet Scent. At this point, Rose was able to escape his grip, and the Pokemon made a half-hearted attempt to catch her. He barely managed to snag the Roselia, and he had grabbed Rose's arm. Like this, the flower-holding Pokemon would be haphazardly dangled by the one arm. If she managed to get Infernape to release her, then Rose would be dropped several feet before she would land on Alex, assuming the female trainer was still lying there. Meanwhile, Alexander was enjoying himself, for he was giving his hand a real workout. If he hadn't been holding onto Alex to prevent the girl from screaming, then he would have given his other hand just as much of a workout, if not even more. It was fine though; he didn't have to do much to excite that part of him. However, the fact that Alex was struggling more fiercely was starting to ruin the moment for him. The girl was struggling so much to get him off, even hitting his back harder. Irritated, he would try to slam the girl's head against the tree again, this time hoping to daze the Co-Ordinator. "Quit struggling and let it happen," growled the youth as he was forced to stop his hand's workout so he could twist around and slap at Alex's legs. However, due to how wildly he was swinging, his hand dipped a bit lower than intended, and landed in a rather private area. This accident seemed to further excite the youth, as his face flushed with embarrassment and desire. There was no hiding it now: there was a thick bulge. Soon after this, his body relaxed a bit due to the Sweet Scent. This was terrible timing for him though, because it was then that the Tropius appeared, and the Pokemon was clearly unhappy with the sight. It was then that the gust of wind was kicked up, and this proved to be quite the problem. Alexander wasn't exactly strapped down to anything, he found himself starting to slip from atop the girl. Because of this, he grabbed hold of whatever he could, and at that time, one hand was around Alex's mouth while the other had been rubbing somewhere it shouldn't have been. Despite how desperate he was to stay on Alex, the boy didn't manage a very strong grip there. Still, despite his handholds, the gust of wind was too much, and so he found himself in the air. This barely lasted a minute before he had slammed into a nearby tree, and the boy let out a shout of pain. So much for him having a great time that night; was he ever going to get his way? |

Rose let out a scared "LII!" she she found herself dangling from the tree. That was not what she had wanted to happen! The plant type could have easily made it to another branch had the stupid fire monkey not grabbed her again! The rose based Pokemon looked up at the Infernape held her arm. Unsure of what else to do the plant didn't move. If she fought she would fall and possibly hurt Alex, but not fighting only meant she'd wind up back in the grip of the fire monkey, who would likely not fall for the same trick twice. Well.. If all else failed Alex would be able to return her to her Pokeball, right? It was decided. Rose didn't fight, and in all likelyness found herself back in the hands of the stupid monkey. As this went on Alex's head was slammed into the tree again. This time it seemed even harder than before! The boy definitely got the desired effect out of the head slam as the girl almost passed out. She did try to let out an extremely loud scream in pain, which was yet again muffled by the boys hand. The last hit into the tree really did it for Alex. The first hit did a lot in general, though the second was just to much. The now nearly passed out girl stopped fighting and just let tears fall from her face as a knot grew in her throat. As the boys hand ended up in a rather private area and she felt a bulge where he was sitting she felt helpless! She couldn't stand how weak she was! Had it not been for the gust by the Tropius Alex probably wouldn't have been able to avoid any of that! Still, the girl was so weak and dazed she didn't move after Alexander was off of her. She couldn't move really. All she did was faintly try to call out to rose. The Tropius picked up on the fact that Alex had little motion and sounded so faint. This only pissed the Pokemon off more. The girl reminded him of his own trainer whom he missed. The fruit Pokemon looked at Alexander and let out another louder cry. "TROOOO!" The cry was followed by the Pokemon swaying his leafy wings again, only this time it created a storm of leaves around the boy. It was a Leaf Storm attack! The Pokemon then leered at Alexander. The fruit pokemon had become rather protective of Alex by old instinct. |

Due to the lingering effects of Rose's Sweet Scent, the Infernape decided he wouldn't put the effort to bring the Pokemon back into his full grasp. Having the Roselia dangle dangerously over her trainer was perfectly fine with the monkey, and so he relaxed while flashing that sardonic grin of his. If the Thorn Pokemon tried to fight, then he would just quell the irritation with a few flames. This was a pretty easy job as far as the Infernape was concerned. He didn't care if his trainer succeeded in whatever it was his trainer wanted. As long as that boy wasn't getting on his case for no real reason, then Infernape was content. Alex and Rose just happened to be the boy's latest victims. But luck seemed to be on their side, seeing as how a Tropius appeared out of nowhere to aid the struggling girl. Seriously, what did the Fruit Pokemon have to gain from this? It didn't know the girl, and if it was wild, then it really had no obligations to help a human. Most, if not all, wild Pokemon in Aerei were aggressive beyond aggression; none of the other regions could compare. Alexander, as a native of Aerei, understood just how dangerous wild Pokemon were this region. Because of this, he didn't understand why the Hell this sauropod was defending a brainless girl like Alex. His train of thought was interrupted however, for the Pokemon had started to attack again. There was no way he was going to take another hit, so he moved as quickly as he could to slip behind the tree, and then maneuver his way back towards Alex. The youth was hidden in the darkness provided by the shade of the trees. If he wasn't noticed, then he would call out to his Infernape and order it to attack. His Infernape glanced over at the newcomer, shrugged, and then gestured to the Tropius. This gesture was followed by a lick of flames. "Fire Spin the Tropius." If this was to succeed, then the Tropius would have to be careful of what it does next. |

As the Roselia dangled she looked up at the monkey with scared eyes. Why wouldn't he pull her up?! "Liii.." she said weakly. She didn't like the idea of a rather rude monkey being the difference of her falling on her trainer possibly hurting the girl or not. The plant frowned at the thought of being dropped. She wanted to fight, but there was no way she could risk hurting Alex. She could see through the branches that the girl was already hurt enough, as she looked when she heard Alex's faint calls. Though, she jumped at the sound of the tropius. Her eyes searched, though it was difficult to see through the tree branches while worried she could be dropped at any moment. Such an unfair disadvantage to the Roselia. If Alex would just move she could try to fight! Alex just lay on the ground, barely able to remain conscious. There seemed to be more wrong than just a simple daze. She was terribly faint, to the point of just staying there instead of moving while she had the chance! She felt dizzy as she saw flashes of lights within random spots of her vision. She tried to blink them away, though it didn't seem to do any good. She also tried to call out to Rose, though she was so faint she couldn't even get a word out! ((Sure hope I'm RPing this right x3)) As the boy disappeared from sight the Tropius frowned. He knew the boy didn't run away, there was still the sounds of crackling leaves and breaking branches. Still, it was hard enough to hit a moving target let alone a difficult to see moving target! Still, he had a rather protective personality when it came to girls. Especially those with rather long hair. He continued to look till he heard the commands of the boy. A Fire Spin certainly wouldn't do! The pokemon tried to slow it with yet another gust attack. With a swaying of his wings back and fourth the grass-flying typed tried to put the fire out before it surrounded him. If such an attempt were to have succeeded the pokemon would try to find the pokemon which sent the fiery attack at him with a razor leaf to the top of the tree. With the luck Rose was having it would hit her should the attack be used. ((basically the attack would only be used if the fire spin failed. I'm leaving this all up to you to decide x3)) Edited by Vaporeon, Sep 7 2012, 07:26 PM.

Tropius's Gust wasn't enough to fully extinguish the Fire Spin, for there was a considerable difference in power between the two, but some of the flames were sent away. The downside of this course of action, however, was the result of when the flames licked at the grass and the tree that Alex leaned against. Wind was known to make a fire more vicious, and this seemed to be no exception. Perhaps, if there hadn't been so much to the flames due to the Fire Spin, then maybe this wouldn't have happened. Nonetheless, there was fire creeping up, down, and around the tree. Alex was in serious danger, and Alexander didn't particularly care. Instead, he focused on the Fire Spin, determined to make sure it reached its target. If the Tropius was unable to move from what remained of the attack, then it would have been captured within the vortex of flames. It would be after he saw the results of his order that he turned his attention to the tree. "Infernape, throw the Roselia into the fire." His voice had hardened to something colder, crueler. He was done with this girl, for she was obviously too much trouble to bother himself over. If he was to do anything, then he would let the Co-Ordinator burn. This idea became all the more appealing as he thought about it, and soon enough, he had given his Pokemon another order. "Fire Punch the tree." Infernape, after the first instruction, shrugged his shoulders before he lazily tossed the Pokemon down. The flames were slowly moving towards Alex, and so Rose would land near her trainer. However, it was unknown whether or not she would be fine after both the drop, and the flames that would most likely engulf her. Once this was done, the Fire-Fighting type stretched, focused, and then cast a sardonic grin down at the fools that dared be troublesome. The Sweet Scent had worn off, and now Infernape was raring to cause destruction. Because of this, fire gathered instantaneously in the palm of his hand, and was immediately thrust against the tree. It didn't take long for the fire to spread, and now that the tree was in even worse condition, Infernape decided to descend. "What will you ever do now?" Alexander called out, his arrogant voice mocking Alex and the two Pokemon with her. If Tropius didn't notice Infernape descend from the tree, then the Pokemon would have returned to his trainer's side. |

As several flames still surrounded the large fruit pokemon he twitched. The flames hurt, but he couldn't let that stop him! Now the issues had grown to be even worse. The tree where the girl lay had caught fire, and the Tropius was almost certain the girl was no longer conscious. She made no sound nor movement any more. She just lay there. The Pokemon made an attempt to stomp out the fire surrounding him before it did to much damage to him. It was then he heard the shouts of Rose as she fell from the tree at the flames. "Trooppiitroo!!" the Pokemon exclaimed in rage and concern! That was the Pokemon which had waken him up. The one that lead him to the girl with sounds, no way could he let it be burned alive! Unsure of how it would come out and fearful because of what had happened just before the fruit Pokemon used yet another gust. The effect was les than desired. Flames around the now burned Roselia disappeared, as well as those around the girl, but they were mearly redirected. Now more trees began to catch fire and it appeared there would be a huge problem. Should a fire large enough break loose it may just burn down the entire forest! Surely the flames finding their way to Alexander would cause him to try and do something. ((I'm gonna do this in parts now. It's getting confusing xD)) Alex tried to move, she really did, but she couldn't find the strength to do so. As hard as she had been struggling she finally passed out at the worst possible moment! The girl was obviously more than injured by the hits to the head, though Alexander didn't seem to care. He rather helped creat flames that would basically burn the girl alive! Had the Tropius not been there to artlessly redirect the flames she would have had a very rude awakening. Though, the fact it would have been an awakening is not good at all. As Rose continued to dangle she starts to get an ill feeling. She watched as her trainer stopped all motion and faint calls. This was bad... This was REALLY bad! If her trainer had passed out then everything that might happen was on her-- and the straing Tropius who had came to their aid. Rose looked up, scared as she heard the boy tell the monkey to drop her into the flames which were slowly surrounding the tree that they were in. "Li--IIIII!!" she started off trying to talk to the monkey, though ended shouting as she fell. This hit to the ground did it's damage, though the flames that followed made it even worse! The rose based pokemon soon found herself being burned by some of the flames until a harsh wind killed the fire that tried to consume her body. The now severely burned Pokemon looked over at the tropius who had just saved her life then tried to stand. She was standing after a moment, though weakly. Her trainer was passed out, and so now it was her turn to protect. No matter how much it may hurt the Roselia at the moment she reminded herself that pain was temporary, where as her friendship with Alex was forever. Rose was pissed and so she decided to get offensive unlike the Tropius who was being defensive. The Roselia aimed her red and blue rose tips at the boy and his monkey before releasing several yellow spores which made their way over to the boy and Pokemon while spreading into the air. Should the two not find a way to avoid the spores they would become paralyzed and just as trapped as Rose and her trainer. ((I hope this is okay x3 like, first hit on Rose and she's out. I just wanna make it so that Alexander has to put the fire out or he his self will burn too. (--points at squirrel--) He has the only pokemon that could perhaps put it out x3)) Edited by Vaporeon, Sep 9 2012, 06:09 AM.

((That's perfectly fine.)) Alexander was satisfied with the results, even if he hadn't spent as much time as he would have liked doing what he wanted. This was just the consequence of taking away his fun; hopefully the others would learn the next time they ran into each other. Unfortunately, the Tropius chose then to redirect the flames so Alex and Rose wouldn't die. Still, because of all the fire, there was bound to be less oxygen around the two, and that should make it more difficult for Rose to breath. Alexander didn't seem to care that the fire was spreading, that the fire was closing in on him. He had his Squirtle, and it was already let out so keep him safe. The Pokemon had been in the process of dousing the boy with water when Infernape noticed Rose's attack. Infernape rolled his eyes at the spores before he flicked his fiery mane into the air. After doing so, Embers had flown up to meet the spores, thus burning them into ash. The Roselia would have to do better than that, seeing as how she was up against a fully evolved Fire-type. "That's good, Squirtle." Alexander informed his Water-type before he turned away from Alex and the two Grass-types. "Let's go." It seemed he didn't plan to help at all, and this became all the more apparent when he ordered the Tiny Turtle to use Water Pulse. The water was position to surround Alexander as he strode away, making the fire around him part in an arc over his head. That boy was perfectly safe, his Squirtle was under the protection of his Infernape so it could keep up the Water Pulse, and the group was getting away. Looks like it was on Rose and Tropius to make a decision: Focus on getting Alex somewhere safe, or risk it all to somehow put out the flames. Either way, it would be difficult; how would they lift Alex, and how would they put out fire? |

The Tropius, as much as he wanted to, didn't go after Alexander. He had a choice, and he chose to try and help Alex and Rose, though he was sure it would be hard. He did let out a loud cry as the group casually left letting a fire burn through the forest. They would let a huge fire break out to hurt one girl? He wondered only for a moment if Alexander even considered the many Pokemon who were losing their homes or dying in the fire. Of course, that thought was what reminded the tropius he needed to end the fire quickly. He watched as smoke filled into the air and thought of first how to get the girl away from the tree at the very least, and second at how to put an end to the fiery mess Alexander had left. First thing was first, though. He had to save the girl. The Fruit Pokemon extended his long neck to grab the girls jean leg to pull her away. She would end up with scratches all over her back, but that was a small price to pay a to not burn up as the first slowly consumed the tree again. The Pokemon decided his gust was not going to help, but create a bigger issue. The Pokemon looked about then tried to stir up noise to alert surrounding Pokemon of the impending danger. He stomped, he cried out, he even tried to kick at a couple trees to make the leaves shake. He continued to make such noise until he was certain all surrounding Pokemon had woken and ran. Many of the Pokemon just left as most of them had younger Pokemon to protect, though a Beautifly stayed back to try and save what they could of the forest. ((Take on the NPC Beautifly now that Alexander is pretty much gone? x3)) Alex had remained passed out through all of the mess. It seemed she was rather useless at the moment, though that wasn't entirely her fault. Alexander sure did his number by smashing her head against the tree! The girl at this moment was mearly in the way... She probably would be for a while too. ((I don't know what to do with Alex now that she's passed out x3)) Rose was rather pissed at the monkey messed up her spores. She had came out now, away from the flames, shameful that she couldn't help her trainer. She watched the seemingly mocking monkey angrily as she thought of another way to attack. She decided on a toxic-poison sting combo. First she let the poisonous gas seep through her rose tips and followed the attack with the sparking thorns, which followed the gas quickly. She hoped that the thorns may hit the group and that if not the toxic gas would engulf them. It was clear she was very mad as she watched them just walk away. ((I think if the fire spreads much more I'll bring in human NPC's that may notice the smoke...If that's okay..)) |

((How about I produce the NPCs when they're needed; otherwise, you might as well finish this off as a solo.)) The Beautifly had no idea how she was supposed to help, but help she would! Maybe a Silver Wind? But would that help, or do nothing? She was pretty sure it wouldn't spread the fire, as the attack was more of concentrated wind that formed the shape of silver crescents. It couldn't hurt to try, right? Taking a breath, the Pokemon focused on the air around her before she started to rapidly flap her wings. Soon enough, the very crescents previously described had appeared, but they didn't seem to do very much good. The fire was split in some places, but because there was more fire than her Silver Wind attacks, no difference was made. At least she didn't accidentally make things worse. All right, so that didn't work; what else could she do? A Whirlwind to send the fire away? That didn't sound right to her, and because she wasn't confident in that idea, it was immediately dismissed. Oh, there must have been someone that could help out! And there was; he just had to be found. Alexander didn't notice Rose's efforts to poison his group, but Infernape did. The Fire-Fighting type was a cautious creature when it came to retreats, and because of this, he saw the Roselia prepare to strike again. It seemed he wasn't worried though, and it was soon discovered why. The Poison Stings could work only so well, and behind the group was the fire trying to reform. Given how small Roselia was, she wouldn't really be able to see the group, not very clearly anyway. The Poison Stings, if anything, would probably hit a tree or, if Infernape was deviously lucky, an innocent Pokemon. How careless of the poisonous Grass-type! Clearly she was as hopeless as her unconscious trainer. It wasn't long after he thought this that a nearby Pokemon yelped. Infernape would have laughed outright if he wasn't too busy keeping the flames at bay so Squirtle could continue to protect their trainer. Soon after this, the group had gone, but who had Roselia struck? Why, it was a Psyduck that happened to be around at the time, and beside him was a Slowpoke. It seemed the pair had just been passing by, and when it got dark, they chose to sleep. It was the Psyduck that ended up struck by the Poison Stings, and now he was badly poisoned. Such terrible luck on his part! But the poison was starting to mess with his systems, and that didn't help his headache any. Before the Slowpoke could remind him to keep calm, the duck produced a powerful Confusion attack to part the flames. His companion shrugged then, and the pair made slow progress in the general direction of Rose and the others. Perhaps these two could help? |

((Alright. I hope you don't mind, but I'm not going to be able todo much with Alex now x3. Not until she finds herself waking in a hospital of sorts.)) The tropius watched as the Pokemon tried a silver wind to stop the fire, and frowned as it failed. After a quick moment of thinking and looking about the Fruit Pokemon tried to suggest to the Beautifly to use a Gust opposing the direction that he would. If anything they might be able to contain the fire that way, right? He hoped that was what might happen anyway. Any other result could be rather scary, though to the Tropius sometimes benifits outweigh the risk. It was rather obvious the Pokemon tried to think fast and act fast, thus he was rather impulsive. Meanwhile Rose frowned as not only had her poison sting failed, it also hit an innocent Pokemon. Rose then turned to look at the Tropius and noticed the Beautifly which was helping him. Though that only lasted for a second before the poisonous grass type turned her attention to the Psyduck and Slowpoke. "Lii!" Rose exclaimed apologetically as she saw the psychic duck use a confusion attack. She noticed how it effected the flames and a gentle light shined in her eyes. "Zellzeli!!" she shouted in an attempt to ask the Pokemon for help. She then remembered that she accidentally hit the Psyduck with her poison sting. She looked at the two before letting a gentle and soothing aroma out to surround the duck and hopefully cure his poison with an Aromatherepy as though to further her apology and her request. If the two would share their water gun attacks then they just might be able to end the fires before the entire forest was consumed. |

((Sorry I didn't reply to this sooner. Yesterday was a long, long day.)) The Beautifly wasn't sure if this Gust idea would work, but she was open for anything at this point. As long as they somehow stopped the fire, then she would do her best with this idea. With a request for the Tropius to be patient with her, the flying bug made her way closer to the fire, though only to falter. The fire was stealing the oxygen in the air, and this was dangerous for everyone. Without enough oxygen, Beautifly wouldn't last long with the Gust. She wondered how the others weren't light-headed yet, but at that point, her mind was starting to get too fuzzy to concentrate on a trivial thought. It was time to use Gust. Rapidly flapping her wings to keep herself up, she called out to the walking fruit tree that she was ready, and then she went straight to work. If she had allowed for any more time to pass, then she wouldn't have been able to get started. Hopefully Tropius's idea would work, for she wasn't able to figure out whether or not this was a plausible decision. At the same time as this, Psyduck and Slowpoke had reached Rose, and the duck released his control over the fire. However, with his mind still cleared by the psychic energy flowing through his veins, the Pokemon found he wasn't satisfied enough. Because of this, he turned his sights on the Roselia, and was about to attack when the Pokemon cried out for their help. Psyduck did not take to the apology as well as Slowpoke did, but the Aromatherapy was well taken. It didn't help that he had no choice but to accept it, seeing as how the Thorn Pokemon released the aroma quite suddenly. Now that the poison was gone, the Psyduck's original headache returned, and the Pokemon automatically lifted his hands to hold his head. Ugh, pain. Slowpoke smiled gently at the Roselia before him as he pointed out that his companion wouldn't be of much help now. With such a severe headache, it would be a miracle for the Psyduck to even manage a Water Gun. When the Duck agreed to this in a pained voice, the Water-Psychic type chuckled a bit. There was, at least, something the Dopey Pokemon could do for Rose. This revealed, the Slowpoke sat up, shut his eyes, and then let out a large, hearty yawn. His yawn lasted for a minute or two, and when he finished, he blinked the tears from his eyes. Yawning always made his eyes tear up quite a bit, but it felt good to yawn. Now that this was done, the Slowpoke bid goodbye, and then led his Psyduck friend away. Since they were awake, they might as well resume their travels. As they went on their way, unnoticed rain clouds would start to gather high above. ((You can decide if Hero's idea actually works.)) |

As both pokemon gusted they put several flames out, though not all. Some of the flames were also heading their ways at the two, though burning out before hitting them. The grass-flying typed was rather nervous as the embers neared his face, though he brushed it off reminding himself of all the others in the forest. As the air became more dense it was rather obvious they were all being oxygen deprived. Even the passed out girl was wheezing within her sleep. Rose watched as the Psyduck seemed rather unamused by her. She didn't mean to hit him though and she did apologize! Though the Roselia relaxed as the other pokemon seemed to not attack as it seemed he would. Her aromatherapy must have done well. The thorn pokemon's attention was then caught by a smile from the other water type that was within the forest. With a bit of a forced smile the Roselia nodded as the two mentioned how the Psyduck wouldn't be much help. She didn't want to be rude, though she was rather disappointed as she watched the two walk away, seemingly as not to help at all. Of course, none of them noticed the rain clouds gathering and probably wouldn't until drops poured from the sky helping put an end to the fire. Though, even when that was done what could they do about Alex being passed out? None of them would be able to get the girl out of the forest and it was rather obvious she needed a hospital or something. Edited by Vaporeon, Sep 15 2012, 06:41 AM.

It was a relief to see some of the flames disappear, but Beautifly was exhausted. Lack of sleep was taking its toll, and when combined with the lack of oxygen, the Pokemon was even worse for wear. There was no way she would be able to keep this up for much longer, and especially not if those rain drops kept coming. At this rate, her wings would be bogged down with the weight of the water. Water. There was rain? Although it was only one Slowpoke, the yawn-induced rain arrived fairly quickly. In Slowpoke terms, that yawn was actually a Rain Dance; a very, very lazy Rain Dance. The rain came in heavy droplets, and at a rapid downpour, too. It wouldn't be long before the rain put out the fire, but now there was a new problem. How would the group escape this? With Alex still unconscious, and Alexander probably long gone, there was a good chance of the two Pokemon being lost as to what to do. There must have been someway to get Alex to safety; the best bet would have been Tropius carrying the girl, but it wouldn't be easy to get her up there in the first place. Perhaps a Pokemon nearby could be of help? There was the Beautifly nearby, and she might know of a way to get Alex to safety. |

The Tropius stopped the gust and rain began to fall. Rain!! Yay! Unsure of where it came from the fruit Pokemon turned and looked at the Roselia with a rather happy smile until he remembered the girl was still unconscious. Upon this realization the Pokemon turned again to face the Beautifly. For a moment the Tropius did nothing more that look and think, though he suddenly turned away as though dismissing a thought. The Pokemon wondered if a string shot could help, though the Beautifly appeared far to exhausted for such things. Meanwhile Roselia rejoined the Tropius in wondering how to get Alex to safety. It was sure if they stayed there something bad would happen, but the the plant wouldn't be able to move the girl. As it stood it seemed the only way they would be able to move the girl at all would be if she were somehow put on the fruit Pokemon's back. The problem was the only one maybe strong enough to do that wouldn't be able to as it was Tropius' back they needed the girl on. After a moment of thinking the Roselia suggested the stringshot idea which had already been disregarded in the Tropius' mind. |

((Sorry. I've been gone. <_<')) Beautifly looked to the two Grass-types tiredly and replied that she could try to use String Shot. She did try, but the harder she tried, the less she seemed able to manage. At one point, she actually dropped to the ground to rest, and then realized that she might not be able to get back up because of the heavy rain. The poor thing apologized profusely for not being able to help anymore. This was one of her more disappointing days, it seemed, and it saddened her to learn that she was not strong enough to best a fire. As she wished she knew how to help though, an idea came to mind. If the Tropius could just help her up, then maybe she would be able to do it. If obliged, then she would expect to be lifted into the air a bit. Once high enough, the Pokemon would make a feeble Morning Sun despite all the rain. While it would give her a bit of energy, she didn't expect to actually have to continue helping by herself. Instead, another Pokemon arrived: a Dustox; her brother. The Dustox would have to be briefed on the situation, but once informed, he would then follow through with what his baby sister wasn't able to do. It was lucky that he had waited for his sibling, otherwise this probably would have been a failed effort. Once he was done, Alex would be on the Tropius's back, and the Dustox would use String Shot on his sister to carry the dear away. Better hurry to safety. |
