We can do what we always thought was the impossible
|
I will begin by executing swiftly (by his majesties permission of course) the first order of business for the House of Commons. I'd like to propose some 'priority legislation' if you will to get us off to a kick start. The following legislation is general bill naming idea's, the full contents of the legislation shall be proposed once fully approved. I will also beg the question, could we do so in this region the idea of a 'Statue LawBook' instead of a Constitution? This will give us greater control and less amendments to the Constitution each time we wish to change something. Repeal of an act with another is better than an amendment each time to a document we wish to fully preserve from the beginning do we not? They are as follows; 1. The Regional Security and Intelligence Monitoring Act. 2. The Citizenship Act. 3. The Census for Public Elections and Officials Act. 4. The Intelligence Agency Establishing Act. 5. The Cabinet Protocol and Job Duties Act. More if these are accepted by the King and people. If a Statue LawBook is to be followed then I suggest we start off with names of Acts we wish to then in full publish for ease efficiency and quality. Thank you. |

I would rather we have a constitution that has a template that explains the foundations of our government and region here as well as ensures the protection of citizens' rights and due process
