I was hoping Mr. Franklin or Mr. Bettingham could give us an example or start out the statute. As I am unfamiliar with it. |

A Statue LawBook is compromised of Laws. There is no higher Law than the other. Laws are passed like any other parliament but it shall be divided into branches: 'Statues / Common Law and International Treaties'. I believe to get started we should pass with immediate effect a Introductory Statue and thereafter a Charter of Human Rights. This shall ensure it's legitimacy with all Laws stored thereafter. No separate topic shall be needed if we are to follow what Europeia has done to prevent hundreds of topics being started for a single Law that could be linked to in the main section that follows suit thereafter and so forth. Now, I believe that since we are keeping with the British tradition we should have some sort of Constitutional Monarchy involvement. But, I am weary as to allow full assent (with option to deny) or ceremonial Assent only for quick and easy enactment. What does others think when we come to deciding what powers of the Monarch should be granted? |

Certainly not. The trouble was in the previous region was if based down to the Monarch they could deny on personal political choice any bill passed by Parliament. I have no ill will against King George however, I do for future successors and why this should not be so 'given' to one person. Perhaps Ceremonial assent but if the Monarch disagrees with it for the future of the region he can recommend it be 'revised'? |
