One would have to legislate to incorporate a Lord Justice of Appeals. Also Mr Lansbury, I recognise this bill has relevance to you in your position as Lord Chief Justice, but if you have concerns, I'd direct you to the Public Gallery to express them. |

I have asked the Chief Justice to contribute to our conversations until we complete statutes, as a master on the legal perspective. He will not be a voting member but just chime in, when there are legal issues, does anyone have a problem with that? |

I believe the Lord Chief Justice should only be allowed to give his opinions from the public gallery. Order and structure is required and by these 'little' allowances more shall because of a certain title wish to join in willy nilly. The Speaker has authority over this not you Mr Prime Minister. If this is to become an issue I motion to vote. |

With the addition of a Lord Justice of Appeals, or shall this come as an amendment? |

I believe a whole new Law shall be created for this purpose. Therefore I motion to vote on the current bill. The Charter of Human Rights. This will be an important one in which I hope all future actions, laws and regional goals will adhere to. |
