I never would have guessed I'm more of a Battlestar Galactica fan, but I'm sure we can get along anyway.

I tried watching old BSG once. It was painful. The new series was much better, though I was pretty disappointed by the ending. |

We could also debate Old Who and New Who. The new shows have much better effects, but I knda look past that towards the writing and interaction of the casts. |

... That's what I meant. There isn't a single character from old BSG that was better than their reimagined counterpart. Especially Baltar. |

I've only seen clips from the old BSG but it looked awful. The new one if probably my favorite show. The ending was kind of a letdown but I'm glad it did have an actual end instead of dragging it out forever until they ran out ideas. Never got into Dr. Who - just couldn't get past the low budget look. |

New Who is awesome, and Tenth Doctor has got to be my favorite. |

New Who has a bigger budget. Now that Moffet has taken control of the writing, the stories are awesome rivaling the best of Old Who. RTD couldn't live without massive explosions, Daleks and Cybermen. <_< |

Love the new BSG. Cousin forced me to sit down and watch it. Loved the series. Especially excited to see Six and Athena in C&C3 as well as Col. Ty and Six voicing characters in Mass Effect 2. Scenes between the Adamas really touched home for me. Edit- River, there are two powers that can stop you. Shepherd Book's hair and Simon's password. Tell me again how Jayne got beat up by a 90 year.... old man. With man boobs. Edited by Fenwick, Feb 2 2011, 09:57 PM.

Shepard Book is dead, and Simon won't stop me unless I go totally crazy as I did in the Maidenhead. :p
