For those of you who don't know what Star Craft 2 is, it's a RTS game based in the future fought between three races (watch the videos don't bother reading the stuff) Terran Protoss and the Zerg |

I don't like StarCraft either and really only liked WarCraft 2 because I used to abuse the cheat codes and then try to blow myself up instead of actually playing matches. I don't like RTS for the most part. I do like Master of Orion II even though it has the tendency to take forever to finish a game if you don't do custom species. |

Never got into the Starcraft games, but I might get SC2 when it lowers in price. One of my favorite RTSs is Sins of a Solar Empire, a space empire-builder. I also really liked the Star Trek game back in the day, but I think that mostly is 'cause I'm a trekkie. Otherwise I like the turn-based strategy games like Civilization and Total War. |

The bastard child of Castlevania and Minecraft. You go about building your base, mining stuff to craft into better armor and weapons to go out and explore the world and kill its monsters. |

I loved Rome:Total War (once I picked up the Extended Greek Mod). But as far as RTS go, I have/had Star Trek: Armada, Armada 2, all of the C&C games, Star Wars: Empire at War, Star Wars: Force Commander, Mechcommander 2.... >.> Never got a chance to play Civ, I have Civ 4, but it won't install.

I played Medieval II Total War and enjoyed it immensely. My friend who owned Rome TW would always argue about which of our in-game armies would win (My Venetians with muskets and cannons vs. His Persians with elephants and horse archers.) I've never actually played any of the Civilization series, but multiple people have told me that I would enjoy it, so I just might have to try one of them. |

I loved defending cities in Rome. I loved watching my troops demolish enemy forces that outnumbered them 4-1. Onagers taking out seige towers, archers with flaming arrows panicking Elephants, phalanxes guarding breaches in the wall and the main gates. *sigh* |
