Are there any countries in North Zephyria that are indigenous AND, at some point, had a colonial empire? |

Offhand let's see... Xosaia and Vantel both controlled some of the the territory surrounding their nations at some point. Artfulia had an empire in Pacatum sea pre-1400. Neolantia was a colonial power be we're mostly of Hesperian descent even though the country is located in Zephyria. Not sure about any others. |

Xosaia threw a bit of a tantrum for about 50 years and started oppressing its neighbors, but our empire didn't extend out of our sub-region except for our colony on the isles to the west. |

Vantel had no actual empire, the Vanese and Telo were simply the leaders of western South Zephyria because we were more civilized than the surrounding tribes of people. Think of it kind of as a Star Warsish type thing where the center is the most civilized and it becomes less and less so the farther out you go. Phalos did have a slight empire but no Vanese/Telo/Vantel empire existed

We should establish which empires controlled what territory at some point. When I started there was no one else in Central Zephyria so I took a few liberties in my history, but I'm willing to tweak my empire's extent for anyone who has a different idea of their nation's history.

I had a spate of expansionism... actually it goes through cycles... I've only covered the first however. I don't see me crawling up into the North so much... especially not all the way up to Neolantia's area. |

1) When is this empire? 2) You should take off that small portion you took out of Vantel if this is after 1532 or before 572 CE which would require you taking off a chunk of the farthest territories (Refer to my Factbook if you don't know how much to take off) Edited by Raz, Mar 10 2011, 11:25 PM.

I was just wondering if any Zephyrians wanted to have colonized us at some point. |

A Zephyrian colony in Hesperia? That would be an interesting twist on history. I like it. |
