My nation, having plenty of metals for use for rockets, but not having enough money on its own for space, would like to ask any nations wanting to join to help with space projects. |

The Kyrkbergian Confederation wouldn't get involved, but Synair Enterprises, Inc would. Its the richest company in Kyrkberg, and has investments and holdings all over. Kyrkberg isn't overly strong in many economic sectors, but it has a lot of big investment banks that invest in stuff all over the world. Synair Enterprises owns several of those banks. S.E. Inc would be looking to, to start, set up Satelites for use by it for a personal Satelite Phone network, but the infastructure and experience could be used later, and such. |

Actually Kyrk, you might want to consider joining the Zephyrian Space Agency sometime in the past, since you appear to have been colonized by Neolantia in the farther past. |

Neolantia colonized me? That's news. From all I could find, only Artfulia during its Empire phase ruled me. I would prefer that I wasn't colonized by Neolantia, thank you, if at all possible. Conquest by a Zephyerian power that ended in the 1400s is one thing, that fits Kyrkberg. Colonization doesn't. |

Considering that you right off the coast of a major colonization point in Garip Arazi and Ord Ibanna? I consider it imminent. Edited by Raz, Jul 31 2011, 12:28 AM.

Just because I'm there doesn't mean Neolantia nessesarily managed it. And as I understand it, at the end of the day, the newer nation has final control over any past conquests of itself. |

Depends on the older nation actually, they have first call but can not dictate it. |

Clarification: the new nation has the right to ask for the older nation to rewrite but neither can dictate. The emphasis is cooperation. Example: Iyori's plot was colonized by Demoness and we've been working out common culture as well as the pertinent events. |

Well, unless Neolantia specifically said he colonized Z50, then I don't have to worry, right? My whole 'modern' (16th century forward) history is premised on the threat of conquest by the colonizing powers in the period after it was freed from Artfulia leading to the seven city-states uniting, though not until after there was a three year war known as the Unity War, which essentially was to determine which of the seven cities would be the premire one of the new nation they all knew they needed to build. United, they were able to prove themselves not worth the trouble, since the silver mines on the island were, at the time, believed to be long tapped out, and it didn't have much apart from the hardwood worth going after. colonization doesn't happen for its own sake. |

Well considering Skye is AFK with RL issues I'd just leave it open ended if you were me. It happens if you need to secure a point to trade from or to secure it from competing or hostile powers who could use it to blockade your colonies. Plus, since you really aren't set up yet, and there fore should be pretty flexible, you might also have some ferrous metals if you've even got silver at all. |
