I only made TWO resource requests. Silver and Hardwood. I don't think that's that hard of a request to fill. Skye never claimed Z50 as part of Neolantia's empire before now, so now he can't. If he had said he'd owned Z50 beforehand, then we'd have to work something out. Just because someone can colonize/conquor a region doesn't mean that its worth the trouble. |

She claimed she pretty much colonized most of the South Western Pacatum well before you came around so I doubt you've dug that far back (I have, twas a long and interesting journey). I have already given perfectly logical reasons that Skye could have colonized Z50, deterrence or protection from competing powers, a better trade port than a continental port, not to mention that it's the first logical step to the mainland from Neolantia's position. The colonization of Indochina was not a very well thought out or needed venture for the French but they went on, most likely for the prestige. I guarantee you'll get hardwoods as you're in a tropical zone but, whatever Xos gives you is final and official unless there is some Major mistake, I'm just the delegation person. Really you should be pretty flexible right now as your country is brand new and relatively unrooted in history. |

Lol Raz, I think Skye would be more than willing to negotiate this with kyrk when she get's back. Also, on the resource thing: I said in the announcement that nations already on the map who had not been able to factor resources and climate into their choices could have input. When people who are not on the map yet and therefore can change their plot request started pming me, I decided to be nice and accept them. So those nations should not be pushy about it. Not talking about you Kyrkberg, just in general. |

Most likely, but she probably won't appreciate an override of what she already had decided long ago. |

Because it wasn't gotten the first time. Flexibility. Either way, it's hard to coordinate with her even if he wanted to be colonized. You'd have to figure out dates, why the colonial power pulled out, etc. In any case, her history is all over the place, but I can't find specifics on colonization. Granted, I was only skimming, but there is the information. |

I'd really rather not go digging back so I won't but I'll say this: don't pitch a fit if she really did colonize you because she was here first and definitely gets a say. |

I'm fairly certain awhile back Skye said very sternly that it is up old nations to be willing to change their histories if they involve other plots, if the new nation that chooses that plot doesn't like it. We all kinda said sure Skye whatever you say. I personally think that you should try to check the history of your plot before you choose it, but since that's very hard at the moment, we don't rly have a good solution. But point was that even is Skye did colonize you originally, of all people she would probably be willing to totally drop it. But this is me speaking, not her, so don't take me as speaking for her. But here's the problem: it has been complained that we're dictating history to incoming nations and that's making people not willing to join us. I thought the point of having a debate over what needs to change was to change what isn't working. It's supposed to be cooperative history. |

I'm willing to work with Skye on the subject. I can see Kyrkberg being forced into a treaty that allowed Neolantia to use its ports for repair and resupply for free, and things like that. And yea, in theory, Neolantia could beat Kyrkberg in battle, but no nation conquors just for the hell of it, and Kyrkberg wasn't worth the cost at the time. And I looked into its history. All I could find was Artfulian rule that ended in the 1400s. |

Actually, Skye and Vantel (Since I've been playing Vantel as Neo's sheepdog/musclemen type of country) Would have easily crushed any single nation at the time. |
