I think we need a JPAC-CIL program for international use. For you that dont know what JPAC is is that it recovers and identifies POW remains. International Native Protection Act is another idea, but this one protects the religions, cultures, languages, history, arts, and population of natives across Alterra. I thought of it after reading the Brazilian "enlightenment" of natives. ISSS is for international crime solving. Nations who sign can go to another nation who signs to look for remains of a victim and/or search for the perpotrator. |

I don't think i support this. If they wanted protection they would have integrated, like the ethnics in Florinthus. Protecting them won't solve anything, as it works against the way of things. You can do that in your country but Florinthus wouldnt, even if it's alone. |

It would just be a law. That protects them from outsiders and from outsiders from intruding on their land. |

Vantel wouldn't need to since we've been pretty native since eternity, all minorities have equal rights as regular citizens so there would be no problems. |

But what if that country is an anarchy? |

Then that's the anarchy's business. You'd have to write up a resolution for the AA before Demoness would decide on this. Pretty much all groups are "natives" at this point. |

You can propose these things in the AA if you want to. They might not go int effect, but it would be something IC that you could do. |

The ISSS idea, would be good, but I think an Interpol like entity would be even better |

If a country is an anarchy then you can't really govern it except through armed intervention, as Dee said, pretty much all groups are native at this point in time. |

I actually meant in my country both major groups (Shuzoku and Cine) have been living there for millennia, but I didn't clarify. However, defining native is something that would have to be done in that resolution and, truthfully, if the situation has been occurring for a while then it's hard to define native. Despite the crappy things that have happened to the Native Americans, giving back their land in, say, Oregon would wrong the people who rightfully bought it. Perhaps the previous owners may have stolen it, but that doesn't mean "returning" it is going to fix anything. JPAC sounds good, but I also agree with Kyrkberg (I'm trying not to call you Koussath lol) about Interpol instead of ISSS. Either could also be established via resolution. Technically, I think there is an interpol in the charter, but that is honestly a mess that still hasn't been rewritten...
