I was training there on my ranger with a party of CB's and warriors with priest and a leecher dk that just hb'd us, and managed to get 8%/hour at lvl 111, sure it's not that good compared to other spots for my lvl but it was still decent, plus i found steelys and some NPCable crap, wasting almost no pots at the 2nd spot. Only problem is to find a party, they are kinda rare.
