BOOO we lost! Posts: 46 Group: Members Member #75 Joined: August 17, 2007	from my damage ranges, i realized that for minimum range calculation, if i do a +DEX ... it makes absolutely NO sense... whatsoever... because my wep att is over 100, with the w.att/100, it becomes WAAAY more than my minimum observed... so i came up with this str only formula: max: (STR x 8.2) x W.ATT / 100 x PKB% min: (STR x 8.2 x 0.9 x 0.15) x W.ATT / 100 x PKB% with that it makes sort of sense for my damage range. with my stats, it should be 233 ~ 1729 and what i observed was 262 ~ 1714 with spiritval's stats, it should be 67 ~ 502 and he observed 72 ~ 473 with his sniper stats, it should be 162 ~ 1203 and he observed 151 ~ 1105 it's not a finalized formula just yet... so might not always work you sure you did it on a 0 def monster? o.o now with sapph8, his range with my formula should be 56 ~ 415 what he observed is 72 ~ 417 a bit off again with his heckler, it should be 41 ~ 303 he observed 57 ~ 282 but to see if my theory is truly valid not the formula... it's not finalized yet we need a str-less bowman with pkb... >.<

The Overlord Posts: 1,496 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: May 9, 2007	I have a DEXless bowman. He's lvl 24 and EQing is too expensive, lol. You guys can have the account, the only other thing on it is a HP warrior (also lvl 24)

Posts: 46 Group: Members Member #75 Joined: August 17, 2007	i should try doing it without dex equips... but then again... i can't wear my metus 5 dex 8 att 2 str focus... 21 dex 3 str ades... i need them... that's a 26 dex right there... as well as a whopping 8 att! and next highest wep is arund... which is +1 dex and 2 att less... edit: oh yeah! i still have my 8 att bwg!

You can do it w/o the metus. We should be able to cipher the DEX differance from the w atk diff.

Unless you don't have anything like that :( Lol, I have all these spare str equips I don't use, and the only str equips I do use is a 5 str 10 dex kismet, so I just took that off and put on a 2 str shoe and 3 str piette. Perfect XD

Posts: 46 Group: Members Member #75 Joined: August 17, 2007	ok i met a str-LESS ranger today... he was using an effing 102 att BoMD!!! and he bought for ONLY 80m! he said his PKB damage is on average 600-1200... so i guess my theory of "str only" is sort of false huh ... btw, i got my white piette top, blue piette pants, and a brown polefeather hat... which give 5 str total and 0 dex =b so i can test out my damage without dex when i get back to vic edit: sorry! i made the mistake STR-LESS! ... i forgot the -LESS

But if there's a friggin 102 out there O_o
