 Here's the Observed Damages, let's find a formula for this.

So far the best we have is a max of (Dex*1.7+.5*str)/100*w.atk*PKB%
and a min of (Dex*1.7*.09+.5*str)/100*w.atk*PKB%
A min formula is yet to be found, as is bow and xbow difference (it seems the same formula for both).

(Dex*0.153+.5*str)/100*w.atk*PKB%

 Aka 9% mastery? That does look good, but of course, more data = better numbers.
