I suggest something along the lines of the accuracy formula (55.2+2.15level)avoid/15. I'd say it would be something like (number+multiplierlevel)w def/number, perhaps reflecting the current w def/2 belief if you are above the monster's level.

Candidates for testing: Bubbling, level 15, 40 DEF Fire Boar, level 32, 40 DEF (compare with Bubbling - do under-levels count?) Mask Fish, level 32, 70 DEF (compare with Fire Boar - 30 DEF difference) Star Pixie, level 35, 100 DEF Moon Bunny, level 45, 100 DEF (compare with Star Pixie - 10 level difference) Red Flower Serpent, level 45, 150 DEF (compare with Moon Bunny - 50 DEF difference)

iScrollCrap Posts: 4 Group: Members Member #116 Joined: January 13, 2008	When i was 103 i was bored and i tried to make a def. formula, i managed to make one, but it's probably wrong, it worked for squids/vikings/DT's but didn't try anywhere else. >_> Anyways: LVL 103 Dmg Range: 1132 ~ 2000 These are the dmg's i saw at different monsters: Black squids LVL 94 830 def 643 ~ 1559 2 hours training here. Death Teddies LVL 85 700 def 716 ~ 1623 35 minutes. Spirit Vikings LVL 93 830 def 660 ~ 1575 20 minutes. The formula i made is: DMG-(DEF/(1+DEF/1000+R)) R would be either -0.2 or 0.2. For Min dmg you'd use -0.2 and for max 0.2 The ranges i got from this formula are: Squids: 622 ~ 1591 Death Teddies: 665 ~ 1631 Vikings: Same range as squids It gave beliveable ranges for these monsters, however i didn't test at other lvl monsters, and the fact that i didn't include lvl in the formula, make it a probably useless.

The max number MS can handel is 2^31-1, which is 2,147,483,647 You can see the damage he is doing. He's above the monsters level MOnster has 810 w def. This leads me to beleive that w def is actually a percentage deduction, and we can solve it right now.... He experienced a 9.01677% lose in damage A possible explanation is 73.036/w def = percent loss, that doesn't check out with Sap's observed damage though. Comments?

This leads me to believe w def is a percent, and finding this percent on a damage we know (such as this one) may branch out into a workable formula. Quite obviously w def / 2 does not work for this, lol.

Also, we know that 2^31-1 is the max number MS can handle (money), and it seems logical that the w def is restricting this form happening.
