The Creator, God, Overlord, Master, and curator of cookies. Posts: 545 Group: Members Member #99 Joined: November 29, 2007	I did some tests on the boat, I was just plain bored. I tested for 1 minute each and got 74 whacks/minute without booster (olympus bow) and 82 whacks/minute with booster (olympus bow). And this is while i'm spamming, no need for pickup after. B)

I just measured 1 shot at a time, from the beginning of the animation to the end. But there's probably like a frame between each shot that may throw it off. That's why I should use metronome tests to back it up. Y'know, I'll do that right now.

Formula Specialist Posts: 1,635 Group: Super Mods Member #4 Joined: May 9, 2007	Tested with fast bow/no booster. My shooting speed is definitely slower than 84 bpm. Very close to 80 bpm, but still a little slower. According to my collected data from awhile ago, fast bow/no booster should've been .72 seconds a shot, which is 83.333 bpm. Assuming that Maple's animation frames are 1/30 of a second, that would be .03333 seconds. .753333 seconds a shot would make 79.646 bpm, which fits much better.

Adding an animation frame would've been 90.452 So... inconclusive I guess >_>

Its almost a guaranteed must for Rangers to max or get high now -_- You say that cuz you're killing strafe actually if I knew about the bowwhack....... i would shaved 2 points off puppet. 3 from inferno. 2 from thrust...and er ok I just seriously hate that MB has is more of asset than I predicted... so yea. I would only be satisfied with killing Strafe maybe thats why Hawk min level req for phoenix is 15.....

What does MB have to do with Bow whacking speed? nothing really. its just slightly related. basicallly during SoA cooldown the speed of Bowwhacks is equivalent to SoA. Do you really want to be bowwhacking a skelegon multiple times. Thats like smiling at a alligator while poking it with a stick.
