The Overlord Posts: 1,496 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: May 9, 2007	I'm ready to start a rewrite of the guide now, there's just one problem. With bows and xbows shooting at the same speed (this may sound biased), xbows are completely better then bows until 4th job. Unless you are in an orgasmic love affair with bomb/inferno, xbows will consistently do more DPS, and with the IA update that now includes mob attacks. At level 1 IA is pretty good too now. Rawr, I want to make an unbiased guide, but I can't. Should we just pull the old "Here's all the math, yea xbows seem better but pickup speed! Dun dun dun, make it equal. So really both classes are equal, so choose a playing style" Or we can forget math and just say "Bow is faster, xbow is stonger" and skip directly into the skill comparison/playing style.

As far as we know bow are faster then xbows and xbows are stronger then bows. Nexon wouldn't make them the same speed, that'd be unfair right? Just use common sense. ~CFFR We can't hide the truth forever, I actually want to help people correctly O-o

Most likely I'll run my array of stuff, then post results on SP for everyone else to enturpt. If they still are the same, I'm going to just rewrite the guide saying it how it is with as little bias as possible (pretty much, making it a bomb/inferno love affair)
