Someone double check. 60000 ms * 60% = 36000 ms FA+DS activation 60000 ms * 40% = 24000 ms DS by itself 36000/2 = 18000 Separating 2 attacks? 18000 / 510 ms ~ 35.3 Just FA 18000 / 630 ms ~ 28.6 Just the DS in DS+FA 24000 / 720 ms ~ 33.3 Just DS Which leads me to 61.9 Double Shots and 35.3 Final Attacks in one minute.

It should be logical. If you fire only 28.6 FA'd DSs, how could you fire 35.3 FAs? 24000 / 720 ms ~ 33.3 Just DS Thus, 31.58 Final Attacks in one minute and 64.88 Double Shots.

Formula Specialist Posts: 1,635 Group: Super Mods Member #4 Joined: May 9, 2007	Why all the extra work? Just figure out the damage of an average DS. If FA doesn't activate, it's 720 ms. If it does, it's 510+630 = 1140 ms. Since FA activates 60% of the time, we have 7200.4 + 11400.6 = average time per attack. And then do the same thing with the damage %. If FA doesn't activate we have 340%, and if it does, 340+290 = 630%, and we have 3400.4 + 6300.6 = average damage % per attack. Then just divide damage by time.

I don't want to ruin my Hunter's single target DPS while I'm gaining 30% per hour at Crossroads. I'm Low Str (Woulda been Strless, but I decided on Low Str halfway through CPQ), so I use a 100%'d Searcher (I have enough for a better one, but screw that! 30% per hour at Crossroads with a 100%'d searcher is good enough for me!) I have Arrow Blow (Double Shot = Boring! I won't be using any single attacks past level 72 anyway, I'm Strafeless~) So: Faster (3) Bow, using Arrow Blow and Final attack. Faster (3) = 660 ms FA = 570+480 (1050 total ms per AB+FA) 1050/660 = 1.59. AB+FA takes 1.59 as long as AB alone. To raise DPS, I need to deal at least 60% of the damage I do with Arrow Blow, with Final Attack. 300%*.6 = 180. Level 7 FA is 180% average damage, so it should raise my DPS (barely, but I want that FA :o) Right? :3
	B> 30% 1H BW Scrolls so I can get a +5 Gold Brick :)
