As you can see,

I have a couple slots open for the forum. This is a tough job to be doing by myself. I will need ACTIVE people to be helping me run this forum and so forth. I will be needing another admin to help me out. Please note this is NOT for the server!

I will give you a job description for each:

Moderators:

Moderators are the all seeing eyes of the forum. They make sure players abide by the rules, and keep the forum clean and organized. A moderator cannot ban a player, they can instead warn them. Warning them allows the player to not instantly be banned for a wrong doing; however, there is a metre that shows the players warning level every time they post. This shows the players how 'good' the player is.

That being said, a moderator doesn't just watch the forum and report what miscreants post. They also keep an eye on player's profiles, blogs, avatars, pm's, and complaints.

I am not in need of another moderator at the moment, but I will be looking at how players respond to other problems, and disputes. This will directly effect my choices in a moderator.

Theme Designer:

Theme Designers alter the way the forum appearance by changing the CSS code; therefore, CSS experience is mandatory.

Theme Designers will work to improve and create an original theme for Arelia. This is a big job, so I may open another slot. Plus be ready for criticism from Robbo and myself. We will want the theme to be perfect before we make it visible.

This is a lot of work.

Member Managers:

Can process name change requests, process new account request, and edit member accounts. You are basically here to help members edit their accounts and accept new forum members. To accept a new member you must first check on the 'Official Minecraft Forum Thread' for the users name, then if they have posted an application and have been accepted you can add them.

It is not your duty to change a members information unless it is grossly inappropriate. If there are any issues regarding the rules, or infringement of the rules, contact an admin or myself.

Your main job is to accept members into the forum, if the aforementioned prerequisites have been completed.

Forum Event Coordinators:

Event Coordinators keep the forum talking! They are the ones that start intriguing conversations and make sure that everyone has a fun time on the forum. They can also create forum games.

In a nutshell these guys are the fun police.

Yet they aren't allowed to spam.
