![]() Peace | Pride | Prosperity Charter of the Band of Brothers Preamble Band of Brothers is a military themed alliance formed to unite all Nations who believe in Peace, Pride and Prosperity. Article I - Membership and Rank Part A - Membership Any Nation who believes in Peace, Pride and Prosperity, resides on CyberNations and meets the Band of Brothers joining requirements shall be granted membership by the General or Major General. Part B - Member Ranks General of the Army - Leader of the Alliance During Times of War. General - Leader of the Alliance Lieutenant General - Vice Leader Major General - Internal Affairs Leader Brigadier General - External Affairs Leader Colonel - Leader of a Department. Lieutenant Colonel - Deputy of a Department Major - Head of a Company. Captain - Head of a Battalion. Sergeant - Assists Captain with Battalion. Corporal - Active Member Private - Member Article II - Government Part A - The General The General is the highest ranking official of Band of Brothers. He has full authority over all alliance matters, wether they are internal or external. The Generals word is law. In times of war the General shall assume the rank of General of the Army. Should the General step down the Lieutenant General shall assume the role of General. The General will choose his Governing Officers to assist him in his day to day duties on the start of every month. He may remove and appoint any officer at any time. Part B - Governing Officers The Governing Officers shall assist the General in his day to day duties. These include Internal Affairs and External Affairs. Article III - Warfare Part A - Aggressive Wars Band of Brothers members shall only attack another Nation given the Permission of the General or his Governing Officers. Part B - Defensive Wars If a member of Band of Brothers is attacked he/she is given the permission to respond with full military arsenal. The attacker will not receive peace unless the repay the damages at a rate of 150% or $3,000,000, whichever is highest. Part C - Nuclear Warfare Band of Brothers members are encouraged to pursue buying Nuclear Weapons to ensure extra security for their Nation and for the Alliance. A member may not use a Nuclear Weapon in a Aggressive War unless granted permission by the General or the defender uses a Nuclear Weapon first. Members are always granted permission to use Nuclear Weapons in a Defensive War. Part D - Spying Only in-game spying is allowed in Band of Brothers. Any other kind of spying will be met with military action and the removal of said member from the alliance. Article IV - Financial Aid Part A - Membership Aid Requests All members must request aid in the specified place set up in the Department of Finance. Part B - External Aid Requests Band of Brothers shall only aid those external to its borders if they hold a treaty with a clause allowing them to request aid or it is for the benefit of the alliance and membership. Article V - Foreign Affairs Part A - Foreign Relations Band of Brothers holds the soveriegn right to open and close relations with any foreign alliance. Part B - Treaties Band of Brothers shall only sign treaties with those alliances it has grown close to and share the same values and ideals as itself. Article VI - Removal of a member Part A - Court Martial The General may remove any member from Band of Brothers given due reason. Part B - Expulsion by Popular Demand Any member may request the removal of a member to the General. Upon receiving said request the General will open a vote lasting 72 hours. For the vote to pass and the said member to be removed a majority 65% must be in favor. Article VII - Ammendments The General may Ammend the charter at his discretion. The membership may reverse the Ammendments by a vote. The vote must be in favor of reversal by reaching a majority 65%. Article VIII - Ratification The Band of Brothers charter is officially ratified by the founding father and first General on this 1st day of August in the year 2010.
