King Jason turned on his mic to speak. "I am also in agreement regarding two thirds majority for new members. As far as the name Vienna Alliance I really like it and thank you for the complement Your Majesty.'' King Jason said addressing the Pharaoh. "This cities name is associated with Monarchy the world over and therefore is more than fitting. One more thing I would be in favor King Edward of your proposal regarding removing travel restrictions between our two countries similar to what you have with Bryonmandy.'' King Edward responded "I too am in favour of airing grievences at a conference. Regarding the name, we would happily accept the name "Vienna Alliance", but would also propose a similar alternative, "The Viennese League", for I feel this is greater than a simple alliance. King Jason, I am glad that you find our offer acceptable, I am sure such a thing will prove to be of mutual benefit to our countries. I would very much wish to meet with you, or a representative, to discuss the details of this. I would also take this opportunity to offer my personal condolences over the loss of your father, who was a great person friend to me." |

The Queen turned her microphone on and began to speak. "The Empire would also like to enter into an agreement with alliance members to remove travel restrictions. This we feel is extremely important in an effort to bring our people not just our countries closer together. This is just as important of an agreement and in the long run I feel will bare many fruit for us." Edited by Empire of Monaco-Ville-Nice, Jul 15 2011, 06:36 PM.

King Dizhwar chimed in. "I can agree with an overseer being the first step of the process for new members' entry into the Vienna Alliance." The King said smiling; subtly indicating he liked the name chosen by the Pharaoh. Then he continued. "I can also agree on the two-thirds vote for the entrance of a new nation. Who, or what kind of entity did you have in mind to act as the overseer? Removing travel restrictions is a good idea, one that I agree with; however, as is probably assumed, and pretty natural - passports should still be required. Also, records of the duration of the visitors' trip should still be taken; and while not placing an imposing eye, but an eye none-the-less, on the fact that these time-frames are adhered to. I don't foresee foreign nationals emigrating to (and settling into illegally) Darjistan in alarming numbers. Though, other nations may be more open to such instances, however significant, or insignificant the scale. So, I am for removing restrictions, with a couple basic procedures left intact. This is mostly brought up from the distance that separates a number of us, which makes border-sharing more difficult; it is, in large part, in the interest of national security." |

Emperor Julii, thought for a moment if he could see any potential problems with removing all travel restrictions. "We agree with the suggestions put forth by King Dizhwar, in addition though We would suggest still requiring a visa (though on easy to get) so as to require a background check, for the purpose of our nations knowing who's coming in. I doubt any of us want another seedy and criminal elements coming into the country. This would also prevent it from becoming too easy for criminals to flee the country." |

"I agree with the suggestions put forward by King Dizhwar, and believe the visa requirement should still be enforced. We also believe we have come to a point in which we can begin to draft some lines and continue to build up from there. What you say?" |

"We believe we have come to enough agreements on enough issues to put together a draft of things." |

"I think drafting can begin as well. I am also in agreement with King Dizhwar and Emperor Julii regarding travel. I also thank you for your condolences King Edward. My father told me so much about you. It truly an honor to finally meet you.''
