Okay, Veomo messaged me about restarting the talks on the Ukraine, so I've been messaging a bunch of people, and I simply lost track of who knows what, so here are all the facts in order for us to restart the talks: Firstly: The "Neoplantan Plan" for the Ukraine - The Grand Duchy of Veomo shares its de facto protectorate over the Ukraine with the other nations neighbouring the territory, namely: the Seven United Provinces, San Lumen, and Neoplanta. Further nations may be involved, if these four nations find this prudent, namely Monaco-Ville-Nice is to be considered. All these nations shall be further referred to as the Ukraine Group. - The Ukraine would thus become a de jure shared protectorate of the Ukraine Group, in the interest of achieving and maintaining regional peace and stability. The protectorate shall be governed by organs of provisional administration, set up jointly by the Ukraine Group nations. This provisional administration shall remain the government of the Ukraine until the Ukraine Group decides on the final solution of the status of the Ukraine. This decision shall be made by consensus. - The final decision of the Ukraine Group must not go against the wishes of the people of the Ukraine - this is to assure long-lasting peace within the Ukraine. At a time at which all possibilities have been discussed, those thought feasible shall be presented to the people of the Ukraine in a referendum. If the Ukraine Group concludes with the results of the referendum that a satisfactory solution has been found, the protectorate shall be gradually dismantled as the solution is implemented. - This plan is currently not an official document and is intended to be a basis for debate and the hopeful peaceful resolution of the Ukraine issue. SUP and San Lumen have said they'd join the talks, with San Lumen asking for time until the Vienna Summit is over, which I second, as I'm entertaining guests in Montenegro at the moment myself, too. Now, who'd like to host the talks? |

If it is wished that the talks be held on the territory of an uninvolved party, Celatoria offers the use of Celatorian territory for these talks. We would also, if desired, provide a representative to host the talks, but we have no intention of becoming directly involved in Ukraine. |

I for one would find it generally a good idea for an uninvolved nation to host the talks. Also, I'd find Celatoria as an agreeable host. But I can't speak for the others. |

Neutral territory would be a good idea, maybe Celatoria could participate as a neutral discussion leader too? |

If it is desired by the neighboring nations of the Ukraine the Empire will gladly assist in any proposed peace deal. A third party certainly would also seem best to host such talks. |
