Standing up to leave, King Edward spoke "I wouldn't fear an attack from Byronmandy. For all their violent rhetoric, I honestly believe that their intentions in Anatolia were honest. They sent us, officially and diplomatically, a message asking if we required assistance in Anatolia. It made sense, really, for them to join the already bilateral operation that the Northerners and we were holding. 100,000 was overkill, but we said we would take whatever help we could get." By this point, the two Kings were in the lobby again. King Edward continued. "What frightens me far more is what the future of the region holds with MVN as the single power. If they are willing to attack troops on a humanitarian mission without warning or decent justification, I don't like to think what they will do... I don't like anybody to hold as much power as those two in Alexandria do. There's a reason I relinquished some of my own power to Chancellor Bentham. Too much power can go to one's head. Even now, it feels like they're just twisting the knife in Byronmandy's side. If they would just offer fair terms, it could end today." |

"Your very wise King Edward. I'm pleased to have you as an ally. The Kingdom of Celatoria and San Lumen enjoy a very special relationship.'' King Jason said in the lobby of Palazzo Vecchio while waiting for the royal limo that would take them to Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport for their flight to Vienna. "Regarding the Royals of Monaco Ville Nice while I would never say it directly to them nor do I feel it my place to criticize the politics of another country I am in agreement with you. When our country was formed in 1860 my Great Great Grandfather relinquished quite a bit of his power to the Prime Minister.'' King Jason said just as his secretary entered the lobby. "Your Majesty the Royal Limo has arrived.'' The Secretary said bowing to the two royals. |
