Queen Cleopatra glared at King Edward for a moment before speaking "Call it a gift for reading people. I hardly think if President Wayne were a reasonable man he would find himself in this situation.".

She then took a large sip of her drink and spoke "I agree North Chicanan should be invited into Anatolia.

What is unjustifiable to some is quite justifiable to others. As for this meeting I believe it's served its purpose. We now have a set idea of what we're going to do in Anatolia for the time being. I have no more grievances and I feel it's been a success.".

King Edward responded coldly, "I hardly think he had much choice."

He continued "I suppose that this meeting has ultimately been a success, but I have one further request to make. I ask that, should peace sadly not be achieved, troops specifically employed in a humanitarian way be excluded from hostilities, regardless of nationality. I say this, because if this war is to compromise the very aim that caused it, what will the point of it have been?"

Queen Cleopatra nodded "That's agreeable. I see no harm in that.".

"Fair enough, troops currently operating in Anatolia will remain there and not be re-routed to the war effort.

As for North Chicanan, since Monaco-Ville-Nice is only really interested in Mersin, perhaps the area currently under Monaco-Ville-Nice could be passed to North Chicanan for administration."

"I think what has been proposed here is quite reasonable. I think Byronmandy will agree to it. We should definitely contact President Wayne for a peace conference. Regarding the referendum I am correct in stating we have reached agreement that it will be held in one year? However should a new nation arise there will a referendum still be held?'' King Jason asked for clarification.

"Yes, We believe we have an agreement on the one year. A referendum may be unnecessary if a new nation arises, instead a formal transfer of power ceremony could be held."

(OOC: sorry everyone, I failed to follow the regional collapse(s), and it wound up exploding, now I have a ton of reading to do, in conjuction with a final paper, and editing my previous paper. Which I've been working on, albeit more slowly than I'd like. Also in the process of joining the reserves.

I see the meeting is wrapping up, so I won't bring Dizhwar here - unless anyone really wants me to, he won't know all that is going on (because of me), but I have, I think, a decent idea from reading this conference. Darjistan's general stance: We will offer troop support to Vienna Alliance allies, if requested - for both the war, and stabilization efforts in former Ixzara, and Neoplanta. While, we don't think a jump to war without first, attempting diplomatically to resolve the overeager conception of Byronmandy's move into the affected region, is wise, nor is it the correct method - Darjistan will offer military assistance to Monaco-Ville-Nice, should they request it, as it regards highly the relationship between the leaders of both nations.

Also, as Darjistan has no direct interest in that part of the world (or expansion of any sort), it doesn't seem necessary for it to attend the meeting in NC, unless requested.

On another note, I'll respond to all the embassy-related issues tomorrow!)

Queen Cleopatra was shown a message by Foreign Minister Nelson Beaudelairen that was sent from the First Minister of North Chicanan. It seemed the Northerners were ready to host the regional conference to decide what was to be done with Anatolia and to see if there could be peace between the Empire and Byronmandy. No doubt the meeting would likely be a tedious and long task, at any rate it needed to be done.

Queen Cleopatra's thoughts then went to how best to travel to North Chicanan? She then thought it might be nice if all the leaders here in Vienna could travel to St. John's together perhaps on Imperial Air Corps One or on another nations plane. She then spoke up saying "I think it would be nice if we could all travel to St. Johns together. It would give all of us a chance to better get to know those here we aren't familiar with, of course we could also continue talking about any issues we haven't fully addressed here. I'd like to offer up my personal transport Imperial Air Corps One as our mode of transportation if we agree to travel together.".

"I think that is a very good idea Your Royal Highness. It saves on fuel as well. It would show the Republics of the region us monarchies are going green and therefore environmentally friendly." King Jason said getting a chuckle from those in attendance.
