"It could be Your Royal Highness. True Democracy Army is anti monarchy to the extreme. One hundred operators would be fantastic along with the delgation from the Grangale Empire. It will take a large operation to infiltrate their base in the Dolomites. I appriciate the assistance.'' King Jason said. |

"The world just seems to be unfolding doesn't it?" The Emperor tiredly said. He looked at King Jason and spoke. "I'll have the 1st Army deploy its Foxhound unit a base of your choosing. They're some of the best of the best when it comes to anti-terrorist operations. I'll place them under your people's overall command, use them wisely." The Emperor then looked at the Queen and Pharaoh, "It seems you have the situation under control, but it matter's turn violence we are willing to provide support to you as well." "Back on the Kendar situation... I don't think he'll give up without a fight. If he is indeed behind it all, I don't think a civil war is unavoidable. In that event, I feel we should deliver a swift, powerful, decisive blow against Kendar, and nip a possible civil war in the bud. Currently we have 3 fleets still in the Black Sea, we can drop the hammer from the sea at a moment's notice." |

The Queen nodded and replied to King Jason "Our men will be sent to San Lumen immediately. Together we can see to it that True Democracy can never be a threat to you or your government again. Perhaps we'll even make our own nations more secure in doing this?". The Queen sighed and said "It does seem things are in some constant state of disarray these days.". She then continued in a more positive and upbeat tone "The situation in the South of the Empire should be under total control soon. We're deploying more units to the south to fully deal with the situation. I thank you for your offer of assistance. Know if the Grangale ever needs our support we'll always answer the call.". The Queen nodded her head on the Emperor's thoughts on Kendar and said "I agree. If Kendar doesn't give up our best shot is to quickly hit him with a powerful strike. The Empire we surely provide large compliment of air and naval power. We would also strongly consider deploying ground forces if they're needed.". |

At a room in the conference hall the Veomese delegation was taking a rest. Kendar and Director Andropov were discussing at a closed annex. "You're sure this hole circus is going to work?" Kendar asked "Well we'll see to it very soon sir, but you must stick to the plan. Since the death of the Grand Duke we knew it could come to this. Let's only hope that we got him to feel so safe he'll make a terrible mistake soon. I had hoped though that the Grand Duke had managed to transmit his message to the Emperor. Things would be simpler for you then." "Indeed director, indeed. Nonetheless it is my duty to protect the nation and if I must suffer for it to remain safe and away from the hands of that snake so shall I." - Kendar said. - "For too long he have been poisoning the Grand Duchy. My only regret is that we had to bring Alexi into this.. but we had to be sure.." |

The Pharaoh walked over from the private corner where he had been speaking to the captain of the Imperial salvage ship. He approached the groups of monarchs with a satisfied yet somewhat troubled look. He reached the Queen and stood their in silence for a few moments before Queen Cleopatra said "Oh just go on and tell us!". The Pharaoh then confidently exclaimed "The plane was hit by a stinger!". The Pharaoh then said "This of course doesn't prove it was Kendar. It does however certainly cast another serious question onto him. He certainly is going to have some explaining to do.". The Pharaoh looked quite pleased with himself and pat Queen Cleopatra on the butt. He gave her a kiss and then turned to see what the other Royals had to say, though he was surprised it was the Queen who spoke next. Queen Cleopatra started talking in a slightly uneasy voice saying "This isn't terribly related to the meeting or Veomo, though I feel the need to announce this to you all in private. You're our greatest allies and I thought it best you're all informed before the general public and other governments.". The Queen paused for a moment and the other royals seemed to hang on what she had to say next. She continued after a moment saying "If you remember my sister Princess Bernice of Kuwait's husband the late Emir of Kuwait Hamad Bin Jabir was killed in a terrorist attack in June. Her 3 year old son and my nephew Emir Ahmad Bin Jabir has been ruling the country with Princess Bernice as his regent. The Princess has been able to stabilize the country and root out the terrorists, though their are obviously still problems. The Queen is not a natural ruler by nature and the Emir is to young to rule. It's because of this that I have arranged for Princess Bernice to wed HH The Emir Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum of the United Arab Emirates. He's a strong ruler with a track record that speaks for itself. With the joining of these two royal houses and their links to the Empire, we've decided to include them into the Empire as an autonomous protectorate known as the Imperial Protectorate of the United Emirates. This protectorate shall include from now on the joined houses of Kuwait and the UAE. As a protectorate of the Empire the citizens of both countries shall be entitled to the benefits of Imperial citizens and the protection granted to them. It's my hope that with this union we can achieve lasting peace and continued prosperity in the gulf.". The Queen then anxiously awaited the other leaders opinions and reactions on the issue. This was a very important move by the Empire, the Queen knew as did everyone. Securing the gulf, and likely solidifying a strong Imperial role in the gulf and its politics. Emperor Julii nodded towards the Queen. "So long as it brings stability to the region we have no objections. With region settling into a cold war with Byronmandy, the radioactive materials stolen from Nova Zembla, Veomo imploding, and now terrorists, we really can't afford anything else to wrack the region if it can be avoided. If we can be of assistance in that matter, do not hesitate to ask." --- IIS Headquarters, Directia --- Agent Li and Ulrich Jurgen poured over the collected files for the third time that night. "Ah..." Jinghua sighed in frustration. "Something just isn't adding up... Ulrich, are you sure there isn't anything else you're forgetting?" "No, I've told you all I know. They didn't exactly tell me everything you know?" Ulrich replied, equally as frustrated. "What could we be missing?" He asked, wondering why Agent Li called him to HQ for the third time at some ungodly hour of the night. "It's too perfect... Look, maybe I'm crazy, but all the evidence pointing to Kendar, just seems too perfect..." She said. "What are you talking about? What? You think Alexi did it?" Ulrich asked, trying to figure what Jinghua was getting at. "No, if anything Alexi just got caught up in this whole thing. But look at what we've gathered, everything seems to point to Kendar, and he hasn't been able to do much to explain this evidence away. Then we have Baker's unknown contacts, sure they could be Kendar... but what if they're not...?" Jinghua explained. "So what if they're not? I don't follow..." "I think there's something else deeper, there's one last layer of this that we still need to peel back. The attention is focused on Kendar a little too perfectly..." Jinghua continued. "So... you're saying someone set him up? And he just thinks it's Alexi?" Ulrich asked. "It's that or..." Jinghua said, trailing off suddenly lost in thought. "Or...?" Ulrich said, prodding the intelligence agent. "...or Kendar's setting someone else up..." She replied, the look on her face telling Ulrich the gears in her head were already turning. |

Marshall Markum Iubek was outside smoking a cigarette, one of the only vices he allowed himself to have, losing himself in his thoughts. He had made up his entire career on the army. From the moment he left the officers academy he had been praised by his superiors for all those virtues that are expected on a military leader. That led him to climb pretty quickly the hierarchy, but there had been one man that saw him as he really was, his old roommate the Grand Duke Lemik Eirm. But he had managed to keep himself under the radar during his reign. Fortunately the Ukrainians gave the Grand Duke enough headache to not notice what him was preparing right under his nose. But then the old man died, and the young Kahv took power. At first everything was going alright, only a small set back on his plans, but then that little brat begun to prepare some really heavy changes on the game, changes that would in the end make his plans go down the drain. He needed an exit, when he laid eyes on the young prince of Krasnodar, and saw his ambition, he knew he had found an ally, even if the little one didn't realized it yet. But the Grand Duke became suspicious.. something had to be done.. it was time to throw the dices... and fortune was on his side... A young woman stood near the Minister of Defense "I believe its time to go back sir" "Thank you Nika" |

Alexandria, Monaco-Ville-Nice: Several Mukhabarat analysts were going over the numerous items of Karl Murto's that Number 2 had brought back from Norway. They searched computer hard drives, analyzed Murto's maps and communications, they also even read letters between Murto and his wife. Nothing was terribly interesting or eye catching by military intelligence standards. Most of what they found just proved existing theories and knowledge Mukhabarat already had. It was tedious work, but work that needed to be done. Mukhabarat prided themselves on knowing everything that was going on in Baradoz, and the only way to do that was ensure no stone was unturned. So the analysts took pride in knowing they were at least doing something patriotic, however boring the task might be. One of these analysts, a small "Nerdy" looking man, with thick rimmed glasses named Hamid was sifting through Murto's communications when he stumbled upon something potentially interesting. He noticed hundreds of communications between General Murto and Field Marshal Markum Lubek. Hamid's eye brows raised and he whispered "Bizarre" as he sifted deeper into one of Murto's computer hard drives. This was hardly a "Big deal" Murto after all was somewhat an ally, it was however curios. Murto was not known to have many international contacts besides the Empire. Several hours later and Hamid could see he was unraveling something much bigger, something much more sinister than he ever expected. It appeared Murto and Lubek were in league with one another to gain power of their respective countries. Lubek supplied special forces to Murto in order to steal nuclear materials from Nova Zembla to make a dirty bomb, in return Murto's men were to make the bombs and send several Lubeks way. Lubek was then going to use the weapons in an effort to seize control of the Grand Duchy. Hamid softly whispered "Holy shit......". Hamid then turned to one of the senior analysts and said "Your going to want to call the director about this.". Several hours later the Director of Mukhabarat and an army of analysts had determined the communications were totally authentic. The Director then ordered one of his aids to get the Pharaoh on the phone as fast as he could be reached. It appeared they had all been tricked into believing the Premier killed the Grand Duke, when it was none other than Marshal Lubek. |

--- Imperial Intelligence Service Headquarters, Directia --- "Wait, play that again...!" Agent Antares said. He couldn't be certain, but he thought he heard voices, muffled, but voices none the less. Agent Mishkin complied, wondering what Antares could have spotted. They watched the surveillance video of the thieves at least five times now. The thieves were in full radioation suits, it was pretty much impossible to get any visual IDs on them. The two agents had been tasked with finding out who stole the radioactive materials from the disposal facility. "...and boost the audio..." Antares added. Antares wasn't watching, but listening to the video "...THERE IT IS!" he shouted in an "aha moment". But his elation turned to uncertainty in the span of about 2 seconds. "One of the solders... he said something, an old traditional Veomoese phrase... and the motto of their special forces..." "WHAT...?!" Mishkin said, not sure if he heard Antares correctly. "Listen... just before the walk into the processing room, one of the thieves say it right before they walk in. No doubt, these guys are connected to Veomo somehow... Who's in charge of the assassination investigation?" The other asked. "Ahhh... Jinghua Li I think, she should be upstairs with that informant right now...? Are you saying Kendar ordered this?" "No, they could be mercenaries, ex-Veomese military, but still, they have links to Veomo and we need to look into that." Antares explained as he made his way to the intercom. "Yeah, Agent Li... Agent Antares, look I need you down here, right now... yeah bring him along he might know something..." |

At the meeting room everything was ready to continue the meeting, the recent news of the defeat of the Finnish rogue army under the orders of Karl Murto had delayed the meeting. A rather worried Marshal Iubek entered the room to join a even paler Premier. For the last couple hours Premier Gustav Kendar had been on a extremely long videoconference with the Collegium, but what was unknown to everybody else, was that there were other people attending to the meeting, Prince Alexi being one of them. On such meeting the Premier disclosed his plan and proposal. All his cards were on the table and now he could only wait to the meeting to begin once again. At that very moment the other delegations entered the room. |
