Big Money Fights “Welcome to hell.” A man in an expensive looking, black three piece suit says, gazing out into a small gathering of men circled around. “My name is Tycoon, and you’re all here for one thing and one thing only. To fight. Let me introduce you to your opponents…” Tycoon waves his arm out to the crowd, with a sneer on his face, his dark shades hiding his beady and very greedy eyes. Each man in the small crowd look to each other, ill intent in their eyes as if they were, even now, sizing up the man standing next to them. Looking for weakness. Looking for the easy prey. Looking for a sheep amongst the den of lions. “This is no movie, there are rules and they do not consist of don’t talk about Big Money Fights.” Tycoon chuckles at his own, horrible, joke. No one else even so much as cracks a smile, forcing Tycoon to cough and clear his throat in the uncomfortable silence. “Fight, bleed, die. All for my entertainment, I mean, that is what I’m paying you for, isn’t it? So without further ado, let the games begin.” Tycoon steps back and introduces a rather shabby looking Octagon cage, surrounded by some rather equally shady individuals. Think Lionheart (the movie). - Tycoon Concept: Big Money Fights is an e-fed with a MMA motif. Part RPing / part stat manipulation. You can win a fight without RPing and you can lose a fight while RPing. BMF is a lowly rinky dink organization running out of sleazy bars, shady warehouses, and other condemnable places that give the thriving sport a black eye. But Tycoon is ambitious and is trying to turn BMF into a competitive viable company for your National MMA needs. Think Fight Club on it’s way to becoming the new UFC. I’ll be using the WMMA3 program to establish the stats and the fight results. The results are based entirely on stat points within the system. You dictate your own stats, stat progression, and stat points spent, while having an incentive to RP being bonus skill points. How it Works: You may have up to 5 fighters active at any given time. Weight is important, but will not be utilized by your standard weight classes as of yet. We’re a small rinky dink organization, remember. Think Fight Club, or Lion Heart, but with very limited rules. (Vale Tudo) Once your fighter or fighters are created, I will begin to book your fighter(s) on our weekly show Smash Mouth. RPing: By RPing for your fight you will garner a temporary bonus of skill points to spend for your match. A base bonus for RPing will be awarded, as well as an extra bonus for winning the RP battle. You will then notify me where you’d like to distribute your bonus points pre-match. The bonus points from RPing are only temporary, they are not permanent. After your match your skill points will go back to what they were before said fight. What can you RP? Pre-Fight Interviews, training sessions, Character development, trash talk, whatever you do for e-wrestling can more than likely translate to this project. If both participants in the fight RP, they will each gain a bonus, but the winner of the RP battle will get the bigger bonus of the two. *Note: There is incentive to RP, but it is neither mandatory nor even required to thrive/prosper here in Big Money Fights. Now, just because your RP, or you win the RP battle, does not necessarily mean you will win the fight. By using the WMMA 3 program, I have no control over who wins and loses in the fight. But by RPing you gain the upper hand because of the bonus points allotted to you. Money: The (game) money you earn throughout your career will be spent on training. Finally an e-fed that not only gives you something to spend your money on, but some incentive to spend it, rather than sitting on it, like we’re all accustomed to seeing. What dictates the money earned? Wins, bonuses for KO of the Night, Submission of the Night, and Fight of the Night, as well as any money made from the Bookie (which can be found at: ) |
