Just spoken to my opposite number at Radcliffe. Like us, they played through biblical weather yesterday and have spent the morning repairing the ground. What is causing them most concern is if the forecast for heavy rain in the early hours of Saturday turns out to be true. They're popping a referee on standby for 11am for a potential inspection, so it will be worth checking on here to find out the current state of play before setting off tomorrow. Fingers crossed. |

The game is on without a pitch inspection. The rain did not materialise, so let's hope it stays off. See you all there. |

Another slog on a winters pitch no doubt. |
