Surely we should be marvelling at the Clitheroe Goal Machine !!??!!

A draw away to anybody in mid-January is always welcome and with a couple of winnable home games coming up, weather permitting, we're handily placed for a top 8 finish.

I didn't see the game on Saturday but games away at teams scrapping away for their survival at the lower end of the table on heavy pitches are always tricky so for me, a point away is always a decent return despite squandering a big lead. The bigger picture is that the lads have picked up 20 points from 14 away games which is a very decent return, that's a big improvement on last season's away form, we've only played 11 at home so with plenty of home games to come we've given ourselves a chance to climb the table. Of the games I've seen we've looked hard to beat so onward and upwards.

I generally agree with the positive sentiments. I think the Hart - Gonzales + 1 partnership works well, imagine if Jay was a touch less heavy! The only thing that stops us steaming into the top 8 for me is the keeper, can we not get Dauber back? Palphy seems a nice lad but not up to this level

Don't knock Alex Palffy he's has a good record for the club.
Check his record on Blueswayedviews.

I was expecting to see his record not just the teams for each game.

Alex Palffy - played last 6 games.

Conceded - 2 (Padiham) + 1 (Lancaster) + 0 (Radcliffe) + 2 (Droylsden) + 3 (New Mills) = 8
Goals ratio = 8/6 = 1.33 goals per game.

In the 6 games prior to this Dawber conceded - 1 (Nelson) + 3(Northwich) + 5(Lancaster) + 1(Darlington) + 1(Mossley) + 1(Bamber Bridge) = 12
Goals ratio = 12/6 = 2 goals per game

Sorry if I offended you Roy I was not saying anyone in particular was a moron just a tongue in cheek remark and of course I don't think the manager should be sacked I never once said that . I was simply trying to say we shouldn't be throwing away a 3 goal lead to a club as low as new mills and as for not coming on here for a while I don't agree with some of the views taken by the club this season on certain players and feel rather disappointed by it if you must know andy

Apology accepted.

We shouldn't be throwing away 3 goal leads to clubs as low as New Mills...but it happens. Let's learn from it and move on.

Are you going to show us you've got a pair then karlos and indentify yourself?

Are you asking him to expose himself. How rude.
