I can't believe it's already a year ago that this happened! Time really flies. I remember the day like it was yesterday. I had my last exam of the year (maths) and after that I rushed to home and went to DD. Everybody was so exciting and it was just such a great day for Spice Girls fans.

The beginning of the end!
I remember it, I can't believe it's been a year. How things have changed since then.

This time last year I was up at 6 AM watching the news, on DD, looking the first pic of the 5 of them in 10 years, playing their music ALL day...good times, good times. Thanks again girls.

Can't believe it was a year ago - last year was a very exciting day. All those years waiting, then it came, and now it's already a whole year ago. Time goes too fast.

It's a pity that a year on with the benefit of hindsight just how underwhelming the whole reunion was in general (the best part was the day they reunited and the day I actually went to the concert, other than that not too exciting).

It was all such a blur to me. I hadn't listened to the Spice Girls at all since Goodbye, hadn't even bought Forever and kind of forgot about them until I heard about the reunion. I wasn't even THAT excited about it, and although I registered for the tickets, I didn't actually order any immediately or in the "30 second sellout" or whatever it was. It was only nearer the concerts that I really got excited and obsessed again, and thoroughly enjoyed 18 January :D

No way has it been a whole year. Scary (Spice).

I remember having Sky News on literally the whole day while DenDen went insane. The day itself was pretty exciting, but I couldn't help but feel it could've been bigger. I had visions of an open-top replica Spice Bus driving through London before the conference etc. etc.

In hindsight, the whole reunion was a major disappointment (other than the actual concert - amaze). Simon Fuller has no idea about the music industry today - he was pretty much stuck in the late 90s and the whole project was badly managed. It's tarnished their legacy for me in a way.
