Hi, I'm new on this board! I joined this site for my love of the Bokura No Taiyou series, and was wondering if you could help me with something? I have a project for a website going, and I need to have an animated gif made of the Dark boy Sabata from Zoku or Shin. I have a sprite sheet made by Raimondz and if you could help me out that would be great! Thank you very much! |

go to google, and type in "microsoft gif animator" people will say that there are better ones out there, but for what you are doing its good. next, open paint, and past one sprite into it, then copy that and paste it into gif animator. now copy the next sprite, click the transpaent background thing in paint, line them up, and make the background solid, and then copy that one and paste |

Thank you for the help Beeg. I did what you had told me to do, and what I don't understand is the whole, "transparent" thing. I know how to copy and paste the sprites, but I don't know how to make them loop together to create a clean, smooth image. |

ON gif animator, if I remember correctly, there's an option you can tick to make the background transparent. It might be hidden in one of those 'you-need-to-click-me-a-lot' pages, but I can't remember.... Oh, and hi there newbie! Hope you enjoy your stay here! :D |

Thanks! Ah, nevermind. I just Isolated the picture of Sabata from Shinbok, and imposed a sprite of him in front. Then layered the colors together. I guess it looks better simpler. Who'd have guessed? |

hahah nice, yah, you have to select which color you want the program to reconise as transparent (usually white, or some weird like green that isnt in any of your sprites) and hten you have to change hte sprite transition to "restore previous" or something like that, I dont remember 100% cause its been like 5 years since I used it, but I think thast waht you do |
