exactly, which is why theres no such thing as incorrect spelling, because each word is just made up by us, and have no relavence to what that word might actaully represent.

Chair:

an object which you sit on

This was actuallly the first answer our class came up with, but she then came up with examples that countered that statement. A couch, a box, a stool, all these are objects that share that characteristic. Overall we never did came up with something that defined chair, but didn't apply to other things. Her main point was that if you are having trouble defining chair, then how can you define justice. Since our class had disagreed with a bunch of Greek philosophers definitions of justice, but we couldn't come up with our own.

You kind of confused me with the second statement, but I'm studying Greek philosophy right now. My class is focusing on Socrates and Plato, as well the ideal city and the noble lie. According to Socrates/Plato everything has a form (objects as well) so you threw me off a little bit. :P

After reading this topic the subject is starting to interest me more and more.

I wish I had classes like that at my school, but my school is too poor.

Ok, here is a Bac de philo question:
Is it possible, is it preferable to lose our illusions ?
"There's no victory in our fight. Which is all the more reason that we mustn't
lose."

Logical Positivists are wrong. By their own hand, I might add.
