Basically all I am doing right now is cooking/baking and school.

Almost every day I try a new recipe. I am LOVING it.

Today I made chocolate cupcakes with Bailey's Irish Cream icing.

I finished the mix, and its in the oven right now, so the verdict isn't in just yet.

Okay, so update on the cake. I managed to not burn it, but had my mother not taken control of cooking it I would have under cooked it... Darn the box and its false information.

Don't worry even seasoned chefs have slip ups now and then. =D I once made muffins that were raw in the middle and burnt outside =s Curse the new oven we got!!

Haha I don't cook, but I've promised my mom that I will take over cooking a couple times a week to relieve some of her stress...we'll see. If it hits the world wide news that a young woman accidentally killed her entire family with a casserole gone bad, you know it was me and I might need to lay low at your house to avoid the feds...

I made the easiest thing tonight. Garlic rolls!

Pizza dough, break it up into little balls, roll the balls in olive oil, then put each in a muffin tin. Then you press chopped garlic inside of the dough and sprinkle salt on top. Put in the oven for 15 minutes until brown and then EAT.

Hey I make a dessert-ish version-ish of that!

Lol

I call it Monkey Bread, though I don't know why.

Break up pizza dough into small balls, roll them in butter, cinnimon and sugar, and bake them until the butter and cin sugar become a gooey yummy mess. Pull apart and eat (INHALE)
