Hahha lawl.

This morning I had a biscuit, yogurt, a banana, and coffee. And I made it ALL. ... kinda. I didn't grow the banana. Or cultivate the yogurt. Or grind coffee grounds...

This morning I had an imaginary breakfast...

an english muffin split in two, each half adorned with

first, a slice of honeyed ham
then, a poached egg, cooked to perfection
and finally a cheese souce that somehow finds it's home only on the breakfast table, as it is both light and rich (that secret combination that means you've met the most important meal of the day)

A side of hash browns and bisquits with gravy...

You eat an eighth of it, and you're satysfied. You will eat the rest over the course of several days, but that first section, the one that has never seen the inside of a micro wave...gah...heaven on earth.

LOL you probably call it monkey bread cause it's a single serve version of monkey bread. Monkey bread is the same thing 'cept you put them all ni one pan and bake.
I love BAKING, hate COOKING. Though, I can manage both.

I'm not too fond of cooking. I'll do it and I can enjoy it.. but I LOVE baking... I think I kinda put the two under one umbrella. :P

Tonight I had a chicken spinach salad! yummmm.

Kaela, I've been meaning to ask, how did you lose the ton of weight you mentioned? I'm trying to be healthier and whatnot. Any tips?

I started counting calories- you wouldn't believe the difference logging them all makes. And I took up running. Which is also very stress relieving. Basically that's the main two things I did, but a couple of tips :
Drink a full glass of water before you eat.
Load up on veggies. If your craving snacks, hit the veggies.
And do some research. You can fin how many calories a day and how many you have to cut/burn a day to lose a certain amount of weight. I used certain apps on my iPod, but you can find all the info online.

Yeah, I tend to limp the two as well, lol. I'm not very good at creating new recipes, just following them. Lol

Full glass of water before each meal? Any particular reason other than to get water in?
Sounds good! I'm thinking of starting a diet this summer and joining a gym when I get home. Pretty excited :)

Oh I cannot come up with recipes.... I used to 'experiment' (i.e. combine weird things to make new 'recipes') when I was a kid. Oh gosh, it was a fail.
