Hiroto Kanazawa put his face in his hands and groaned. "Why me? Why always me?" The obese cat that frequently followed him on his smoking breaks made a yawning noise and stretched out on the bench beside him, then shut its eyes and went to sleep. He glared at the cat. "Some help you are." Kanazawa had thought he'd been done dealing with high-strung students after the concours ended. He'd promised himself he'd never chaperone or organize another music-related event again. He was, as it turns out, depressingly wrong. Dead wrong, in fact, and the ordeal before him was of even more epic proportions than the first concours had been. He passed his hand over his eyes and took a long drag on his cigarette. This one... this bloody monstrosity that was going to leech out his soul... was even more harebrained than the last! SEVERAL SCHOOLS were going to compete together. More kids to deal with, at least that many rounds to go through, and if that wasn't enough, they'd had to put the competitors into restricted categories! Hopefully Hihara wouldn't take it too poorly that he'd been placed in a duet with Tsuchiura. They'd seemed to get along alright during the practice camp. But the other pairing... well, he'd said it spelled disaster in no uncertain terms but no one listened to him, did they? Nooo. He'd badgered some first-years into taking the notes around to each student's classroom because he refused flat-out to get on the school's P.A. system to make the announcement. They were all to gather after classes ended in the faculty lounge. As he looked at his watch and made the slow, reluctant march to the meeting room, he wondered if perhaps his wording had been too strong... Mandatory meeting for all concours participants in the faculty lounge after class lets out. No, you don't have a choice. Yes, it has to do with the concours. No, I'm not telling you anything else. Just show up. It involves all of you. -K.H. No, he decided, it was fine. And even if it hadn't been, he didn't much care. He leaned his back against a desk, crossed his arms over his chest and waited for the students to show up. |

"Ano...Fuyuumi-san?" Shouko glanced up from her work as one of her classmates, a Sakaki-san, approached her, standing right in front of her desk and holding out a small slip of paper. Sakaki-san slid the folded paper towards the clarinettist. "For you, I think," she said. "From Kanazawa-sensei." Shouko's first thought was one of blank curiosity. She hadn't really seen or heard from Kanazawa-sensei since the concours, and she had no idea why he'd have any reason to send her a note at this point. Maybe she was in trouble? Maybe she had done something wrong at the concours and they were just notifying her now? She felt a bolt of nervousness shoot through her, but she forced herself to remain calm, thanking her classmate and unfolding the note, reading carefully. "Mandatory meeting for all concours participants in the faculty lounge after class lets out. No, you don't have a choice. Yes, it has to do with the concours. No, I'm not telling you anything else. Just show up. It involves all of you. -K.H." A meeting for all concours participants. That, at least, meant she hadn't been singled out. Still, Kanazawa-sensei's note had a tone of impatience and annoyance. What had set the usually easy-going teacher off? Knowing his reputation, it was probably something big that he had to take care of - something he would consider bothersome. Still, she had no idea what brought this kind of note on, but she resolved to go to the meeting. By the sound of the note, she didn't have much choice in the matter, anyhow. Besides, she probably would see Kaho-senpai there, too, and that was enough to bolster her confidence. "What's that, Shouko-chan?" Mayumi-chan asked from the desk beside her. Shouko handed her the note. "It's from Kanazawa-sensei. He wants all the concours participants to meet after class." Mayumi-chan glanced at her silver wristwatch and replied, "That's soon, then. Do you know why? The note doesn't really go into specifics..." "I'll have to go to find out," Shouko said, shaking her head. Then, the bell rang, causing a flurry of activity in the room. Shouko packed away her book and notes neatly into her bag, as did Mayumi-chan beside her. As Mayumi-chan left, she waved and said, brightly, "Tell me what happens later, ok? Ja ne!" Shouko could only nod as she shouldered her bag and exited the room to find the teacher's lounge. It wasn't far so the hallways were still full of students streaming from their classrooms. Shouko waited a moment, hesitating in front of the door marked "Teacher's Lounge". No one else she recognized was around yet. Maybe they were inside already? Taking a deep breath, she knocked on the door and waited. |

Tsuchiura Ryotarou was surprised to hear an unknown first-year student calling his name outside of his classroom during break. Slightly annoyed by the boy's constant yelling (the people around him had already started whispering anxiously), he stood up from his desk and walked over to the little fellow. Some of his classmates pricked up their ears, attempting to catch up every word of the dialogue between them because they were curious about the first-year student and his connection to Ryotarou. "Yo! I'm Tsuchiura Ryotarou. What is it you have to talk about?" The first-year student winced slightly when he looked up at his senpai, a guy who was about half a meter taller than him and replied with a quaky voice, "Th-this is a note from Kanazawa-sensei! Sorry for the intrusion! Bye!" After handing over the note, he sped away which made Ryotarou wonder about what he had done wrong. He glanced at the folded piece of paper, frowning sceptically while he slowly unfolded the note. It said: Mandatory meeting for all concours participants in the faculty lounge after class lets out. No, you don't have a choice. Yes, it has to do with the concours. No, I'm not telling you anything else. Just show up. It involves all of you. -K.H. The creases on his forehead deepened after he read the rather brash note from Kanazawa-sensei. Why did the teacher want to gather everyone again? Wasn't the concours already finished? And in which way was he, Tsuchiura Ryotarou, involved in his mysterious affair? 'Geez. He could have at least given us a hint.' Ryotarou glanced at the clock above the chalkboard and figured that it wouldn't take long until the mystery was solved by Kanazawa-sensei in the faculty lounge. Some of his classmates inquired what the note was about and when he showed the content of it, they assured him that the meeting ought to be something very special, since all concours participants were involved. On the surface, it looked as if his classmates were more excited than Ryotarou - but to speak the truth, he was just as curious about the meeting as his friends. 'I wonder how Hino and the others are doing…?' Later... The door to the faculty lounge was closed. Ryotarou knocked casually at the door but no one answered. It was really strange, since Kanazawa had explicitly told them to arrive immediately after school. Finally, after a few minutes of waiting, he pushed down the handle - the door was not locked to his surprise - and let himself in. Closing the door behind him again, he scanned the room but could not discover Kanazawa-sensei anywhere. Then, someone else knocked at the door. When he opened it, he saw Fuyuumi Shouko standing in front of him. ___________ @Kotoko: Sakaki-san? XD Reminds me of that cat-loving girl from Azumanga Daioh LOL @poetry: referring to your Kanayan post - Actually, the comp. is not just for four schools. It's a national comp, with far more than 4 schools participating. We only chose 4 out of the many participating schools for our RP. |

As might be expected, the sight of a music-school student in Kahoko’s classroom caused a bit of a stir. Though the concours had done a lot to get the general education students interested in music, the division between the two schools was still very evident, and the poor girl who delivered the note to Kahoko’s desk was being watched with avid curiosity by every student in the room. Kahoko smiled at her encouragingly, knowing what it felt like to be a fish out of water. The girl bowed slightly. “Kanazawa-sensei asks you to please read this.” “Er, thank you,” Kahoko said, surprised that Kanazawa would want to contact her for any reason now that the competition was over. “Sorry you had to run errands for him.” The girl flushed prettily and stammered out, “no, it’s my pleasure, Hino-san.” She quickly backed out of the room so as not to disturb the class, which was about to begin. Hino frowned as she opened the note, wondering if she was the only gen-ed student to be targeted this way or if Tsuchiura-kun had received one as well. She read over the note’s contents and blinked rapidly, unsure if she’d read it right. What was the emergency? And what had Kanazawa-sensei so irritable this time? She felt all eyes on her for the rest of her class and shifted uncomfortably in her seat, trying to ignore the speculative whispers around her. As soon as class was dismissed, she packed up her things and headed in the direction of the music building… but was stopped by a crowd of gen-ed students and reporter-wannabes who were all staring at her note pointedly. “Read it to us!" "What does it say?" "I thought the concours was over." "Are you going to become a full-fledged music student now?” How does the school paper always know about these things so quickly? “Look, over there! I think it’s Yunoki-sama,” she said, pointing in the opposite direction of where she was headed, then took off at a dash when all the girls squealed in delight and turned their heads. Kahoko bolted through the halls and charged through the entrance to the faculty lounge, hoping she’d escaped the crowd, only to slam into something that felt like a brick wall- exceedingly solid and unyielding. Except it seemed to have made a noise, and it appeared to be breathing. She looked up into Tsuchiura-kun’s face and realized she’d skidded right into him. “Oh, sorry, Tsuchiura-kun,” she said sheepishly, making a lame effort to straighten his jacket as she backed away from him. “Ow. I think your chest broke my face.” She rubbed her sore nose with one hand and absently waved at the junior girl standing to the side with the other. “Hi, Fuyuumi-chan! It’s dangerous out there, I almost got mobbed. Man, word travels fast. I wonder if we should barricade the doors…” |

Hihara Kazuki looked up in surprise as his teacher handed him a note just before the class began. The music student blinked and accepted the note with an appreciative look and said in a slightly distracted tone, "Thank you, sensei." With eager fingers Kazuki unfolded the note. He paused before reading the message and looked around the room. A few students were watching him with varying levels of interest, but in general the other students went about their own business, like getting ready to take notes on the teacher's lecture. In fact, Kazuki's teacher had already returned to the front of the room and was looking through his materials. He wasn't sure why he wanted to know if others were as interested in the note as himself. Perhaps it was because, for some reason, there was an air of importance about the note. With a silent gulp, Kazuki looked down at the opened note he held close to his desk. He read the note once so quickly most of the message did not register. He looked up at stared ahead for a moment and tried to keep a smile off his face and looked back down at the note. It read: Mandatory meeting for all concours participants in the faculty lounge after class lets out. No, you don't have a choice. Yes, it has to do with the concours. No, I'm not telling you anything else. Just show up. It involves all of you. -K.H. "The faculty lounge?" Kazuki whispered out loud. Initially it seemed odd to meet there, but he brushed the thought away quickly. Was it really important where the meeting took place anyway? What really grabbed the trumpet player's interest was the fact the meeting was not just directed toward him, but to all the participants from the concours. A beacon of curiosity lit inside the boy and he stared at Kanazawa's brief and blunt message. If all the concours participants were gathering after classes, then there was something interesting that was going to happen. But what, exactly? Obviously if it involved so many musicians it must be music related. But what? Why? Questions flashed through Kazuki's mind during the rest of his classes. It was hard for him to stop thinking about it. Because of that, he found himself stuttering for an answer to a question he had not heard during one class. Even that slight embarrassment could not keep Kazuki's thoughts from that important note. When the time came for the meeting, Hihara hurried toward the faculty lounge. When he thought he could get away with it, he broke into a jog. Upon arriving at the lounge, he discovered others had beaten him there. He brought one of his bright smiles to his face and waved frantically. "Hey! It's good to see you guys. Anyone know anything more yet?" Kazuki noticed then that Kanazawa-sensei had not yet entered the room and he laughed sheepishly. |

Just when Shouko was expecting a lazy and half-hearted greeting from Kanazawa-sensei, she was suddenly faced with the tall, intimidating figure of Tsuchiura-senpai. Again. Why did this keep happening? The only worse person she could think of meeting was Tsukimori-senpai. Just as she was about to attempt to stutter out a polite greeting, she became very aware of several things happening at once. A red and dark grey streak came flying towards them, colliding right into Tsuchiura-senpai at full speed. Some music students passing by in the hallway stopped to stare as they realized it who it was: Hino Kahoko, the violinist in the general education department who had participated in the concours, and who had just crashed into the other gen ed department musician, Tsuchiura Ryotarou. Even Kaho-senpai's humorous words couldn't bring down Shouko's embarrassment level, which was ready to skyrocket at any point. But, as if to save them, by choice or by fate, Hihara-senpai came along, his loud, cheerful, easy-going self turning the odd stares of the other music students into brightened looks and smiles. Not that he really noticed. "It's good to see you, too, Kaho-senpai," Shouko said in her usual quiet voice, not wanting to draw attention to herself in the crowd. She turned to nod quickly to Tsuchiura-senpai and Hihara-senpai, saying, "It's been a while. It's good to see you all, as well. Is Kanazawa-sensei not here yet?" Since Golden's post sounds like Yunoki isn't in the classroom (or else the teacher would have handed the note to both of them, for example), I'll just go along with the idea/flow XD Let's say the PE lesson took place before Golden's post so Yunoki had no idea about that note-giving scene in the classroom ^^~ Knock knock. Soft knockings on the door brought Yunoki Azuma slowly back into reality as he woke up from his somewhat deep slumber. Blinking his eyes open, a white environment immediately came into his line of vision. It was so completely opposite to what he just dreamed about that it took the physically frail boy a short while to register what has happened... Today was a very hot summer day and (unfortunately, at least to Yunoki) class 3-B was having PE lesson just when the sun was at its full glory. The elegant third-year insisted in participating along with everyone else, although the teacher had kindly adviced him against it, considering it the best option because of the extreme weather. Yunoki, however, would not allow himself to gladly take up the special treatment, even more so since he did indeed have a weak body ever since childhood, fot it would not be beneficial to his personal image otherwise. Or perhaps it might even be harmful, because there were always more jealous persons around; extra care had to be taken in order not to lose their "friendship". It was not easy to be a perfect student who were liked and admired by everyone, afterall. Knowing what extreme weathers could do to his body, the flautist behaved more careful than what he normally would so as to avoid unnecessary trouble. However, it seemed like the goddess of luck was not on his side today; although necessary safely precautions were taken, the long-haired boy still felt sick slowly as time went on nonetheless. Why? He hadn't fainted for quite a while already, so why...? All of a sudden? And then it happened - it was so sudden that Yunoki Azuma did not have the time to think about possible reasons to that question. All he knew was that everything went BLACK... "Hiha... r... a... ..." Whatever happened afterwards until he woke up here in this hospital wing, the rich boy had no idea at all. As Yunoki mentally reminded himself to find out who brought him here and to thank that person, repeated knocks on the door disturbed his thoughts. "Ano... Yunoki-sama, may I come in?" said a girl in a very polite (and slightly shaking) voice. Sama eh... so that must be another one of my fangirls. Sitting up slightly, the flautist replied with his usual dazzling smile. "Ah, douzo." Not sure whether it was due to his smile or the sight of him sitting on a bed, the first-year female student gave him a note with a heavily blushing face: "Mandatory meeting for all concours participants in the faculty lounge after class lets out. No, you don't have a choice. Yes, it has to do with the concours. No, I'm not telling you anything else. Just show up. It involves all of you. -K.H." Skimming through it quickly, Yunoki thanked the girl (who left mysteriously in a hurry) and started to prepare to go to the mandatory meeting. Seemed like the rest of my high school life would not be boring afterall... |

"Uh…" Ryotarou began, groping for the right words to greet his shy kouhai. The walk on eggshells had begun. He really wondered why Kanazawa-sensei needed so long to show up for a meeting he himself had summoned. "Hello Fuyu – hurumph!" It took Ryotarou a while to regain his composure and to realize the careless person who had just bumped into him. He looked down at the red-haired person and suddenly found himself looking into Kaho's face. "Ow. I think your chest broke my face." "It was you who almost overran me, Hino." In spite of his words, Ryotarou did not sound reproachful at all, but looked rather cheerful. Somehow, it was difficult for him to resent Kaho. "Are you okay?" He bent down and looked at her face to see whether his chest had really damaged her face although he knew that no chest on the world could break a person's face. Ryotarou was just worried about Kaho, even if the reason for it seemed to be so futile. "Hi, Fuyuumi-chan! It's dangerous out there, I almost got mobbed. Man, word travels fast. I wonder if we should barricade the doors…" "You got mobbed?" He asked with a frown, feeling slightly protective of his fellow gen-ed student. "How so?" But before he could ask more, Hihara-senpai's bright voice joined their conversation. After hearing his schoolmates inquiring about Kanazawa-sensei's whereabouts and motive for calling them, Ryotarou ascertained that the others were just as clueless as he was. "I have no idea where Kanazawa-sensei is. His note says…" Unfolding Kanazawa-sensei's note once again, he read out aloud, "Yes, it has to do with the concours – but isn't the concours already over? The results are already announced, so I don't see the point for this meeting, unless there's another one coming up…" ------------ *gets shot for short and lame post* |

[Ah! Sorry Shikumo. I forgot they were in the same class. *is shot* ] "So we're all in the dark on the matter," Kazuki's bright expression faded into more of a slightly confused look. In the back of his mind he had been certain that one of the other concours participants would have know something about Kanazawa-sensei's note. "I wonder..." Maybe Yunoki will know something? Kazuki wondered for a moment why he expected Yunoki to have all the answers when no one else did. In thinking about it for a second, the trumpet player decided it was because Yunoki had that sort of air about him, as though he would know the answer. It must because Yunoki is so smart, Kazuki thought to himself. Turning his attention back to the others, he considered Tsuchiura's words. "It would be fun if we were having the concours again, but it seems a little odd to have another one right now. It still feels as though the last one was just finished." He shrugged a little and gave a faint smile. He wasn't sure if he'd said what he had meant to say, but it sounded good to him anyway. "But I think that, whatever it is, it must be something important. Why else would Kanazawa-sensei call us together like this?" If Kazuki was wrong, and there was nothing particularly important about the meeting, then it seemed as though this was an odd social visit. He decided to hold firmly to his opinion that there was something more to this meeting. Why else would he be getting such an excited feeling; one that made his chest tightened and his stomach turn to butterflies? He leaned against a table and looked toward the door, wondering which of the absent concours participants would come through the door next. [Lame. T___T Sorry. Though I don't think a post has to be long to be good, but mine was still lame. o.o ] |

let's kick this thread into gear! (oh, is Yunoki in the room now with the rest of them or not? I just assumed not. And plotted accordingly.) Reeling from everyone's sudden arrival, and still trying to recover from her mortifying brush with Tsuchiura-kun's chest... no no no, don't think about his chest! For all intents and purposes, Tsuchiura-kun does not have a chest of which to think. Even if it's really big and hurts to bump into... ack! Too late! She pressed a hand to her suddenly-red cheek. At least Tsukimori-kun didn't witness that. Be grateful for small favors. Kahoko could only imagine what the serious-minded boy would have to say about that uncoordinated move on her part. She was such a klutz. "Er, I'm fine, Tsuchiura-kun," she addressed the boy, feeling her blush spread. "I just... um... people were really curious about the letters from Kanazawa-sensei. Especially since we're gen-ed." Kahoko looked around the room again, casting her eyes away from the embarrassing situation with Tsuchiura as quickly as possible. She wondered for a guilty second if the crowd she'd drawn away from her had actually found Yunoki. She'd pointed them toward the infirmary at random, as that happened to be in the opposite direction of where she was headed. Then she pictured him being mobbed by his relentless fans and almost choked. You know what would just make this disastrous day complete? Kanazawa-sensei just going home and leaving us here. It sounds like something he would do, too. Kahoko glanced at Hihara-senpai leaning on a table and quietly pitched her voice so the whole room wouldn't hear her. He looked sort of high-strung... well, true, Hihara-senpai was always high-strung, but in a different way than usual. She wondered if he was feeling the weirdness of it all too. "Do you feel like this is really strange?" Kahoko whispered to Hihara. " I feel all-" she motioned to her heart- "fluttery and nervous, like I'm about to go on-stage again. That's silly, isn't it? But I can't help thinking this is something big." bah, it's lame post day. |

"Ano...sumi masen...is Shimizu Keiichi-kun in here?" The girl stood in the doorway of his classroom, holding a slip of paper. Almost immediately, everyone gestured towards the desk at the far corner of the room. A head of curly blond hair rested on the table, utterly oblivious to what was going on. The girl nodded and walked into the room, unconsciously smoothening out her skirt. She tapped the boy on his head. "Shimizu-kun? Shimizu-kun, wake up." He blearily lifted his head, his blue eyes slowly focusing on the girl. ".........Yamago-senpai? What're you doing here?" She strained to hear his voice. "Kanayan sent me here to give you this." She thrust out the note. Taking it in his fngers, Shimizu read the note. Mandatory meeting for all concours participants in the faculty lounge after class lets out. No, you don't have a choice. Yes, it has to do with the concours. No, I'm not telling you anything else. Just show up. It involves all of you. -K.H. He turned towards the clock. "Do you feel like this is really strange?" Kahoko whispered to Hihara. "I feel all fluttery and nervous, like I'm about to go on-stage again. That's silly, isn't it? But I can't help thinking this is something big." Kazuki leaned in a little closer to Kahoko without making it obvious, a look of curious hesitance on his face. Hearing the violinist talk about how nervous she felt about this unexplained meeting put to rest a bit of nervousness he didn't realize he had been harboring. His expression turned to one of hopeful complacence. Maybe if others were feeling the same way it meant something really was going to happen. This was not just some meeting to bring together old friends--certainly it wasn't. Something....well, something big would come of this. It had to. With a vigorous nod and a quick breathe of relief, Kazuki whispered back to Kahoko. "You feel have a feeling like that, too? I also think something important will happen when Kanazawa-sensei shows up. I doubt he would have us all meet here if there wasn't something he needed to say to us." He touched Kahoko's arm briefly and gave her an encouraging smile. "Trust your feelings," he said before dropping his hand almost immediately. It took some effort not to blush horribly, but he managed to control it. Now, as long as Kahoko didn't hear the way his heart was starting to beat a little faster and a little louder everything would be fine. Kazuki felt that this wouldn't be a good place to tell Kahoko about his feelings for her. Besides, he wasn't sure he could bring himself to tell her when the other concours participants were around. It made it more awkward. "I hope Kanazawa-sensei gets here soon so we can find out what's going on," Kazuki stated glibly, addressing everyone in the room. And I hope Yunoki arrives soon. Maybe I should have waited for him? -[*is shot* Couldn't think of anything better. :) ]- |

Nami sighed unhappily as she blew her nose for the second time in ten minutes. She had contracted a cold from god only knew where, and it was really running her down. So much so, that she had to get one of her subordinates from the newspaper club to take over the scoop for the day. She had planned to do it herself and just push through the cold, but she just couldn't do it. "What an ungodly time to have a cold! Of all the times for this to happen to me it had to be now!" As she walked through the halls making her way outside, Nami could feel the dawning of an extremely bad headache. Lately her grades had been in danger of slipping, and to keep them up so she could please her father, she had been staying up until the wee hours of the mornings. Most night she got three hours of sleep not including the weekends. "I hope Aizawa-san can cover the story today. It shouldn't be too hard, but you never know." With a final sneeze, Nami let go of her thoughts on her cold, and kept her concentration on finding her way out of the building. ((Sorry it's lame, but my head really hurts ))

"Trust your feelings." The words echoed in Kahoko's head, along with the gentle warmth of Hihara-senpai's hand on her arm. Of course. He's absolutely right, I should trust my feelings. Even if I'm not sure what they mean yet. Knowing she wasn't alone in her beliefs made her feel relieved, and a warm glow suffused her for an instant at the thought that Hihara-senpai believed in her. She felt herself start to smile. Kahoko felt now that whatever announcement Kanayan was about to make could bring her nothing but good, since it could only mean spending more time with her new friends. "Thank you," she whispered back, leaning slightly closer. "I will." Well, that was strange. Hihara had managed to relieve her worries, but now he seemed almost jumpy. Doing her best to reassure him in turn, she lightly bumped shoulders with him for support before turning her attention back to the room at large. Now, where on earth has Kanazawa-sensei run off to? "Maybe someone should go look for him?" She asked tentatively, replying to the unanimous question in the room- where is he? It was at that moment, however, that someone burst through the door, shouting irritably at someone outside, "Alright, already! I'm going, I'm going..." "Kanazawa-sensei?" She said incredulously. The teacher took a stance at the front of the room, arms folded across his chest and glanced at the assembled students. He made a dismissive "tch" sound with his tongue. "I said there was no need to rush, they probably wouldn't even all be there, I said, but would he listen? Ha." Kahoko tried to meet everyone's eyes in turn, widening her eyes at Fuyuumi-chan as if to convey, is he mentally unstable? But at least now they might get some answers. Just as soon as the others showed up. thought I'd put Kanazawa back- albeit reluctantly- into action so that when Yunoki and Tsukimori get there- and possibly Shimizu, or is he already there?- the announcement can begin. If that's a problem, I can always shuffle the post around so that it comes after they make their entrance. A Fata suddenly appeared out of nowhere and dropped you a random present!

Shouko made a mental attendance, looking over who was present and who wasn't. Currently, they were still waiting on Shimizu-kun, Tsukimori-senpai, and Yunoki-senpai. Knowing Shimizu-kun, he was probably taking a nap somewhere and had thus lost track of time. Shouko wondered if Tsukimori-senpai would even show up, considering his cold and distant attitude, but then again, if it was a note from a teacher, he couldn't ignore it, could he? Tsukimori-senpai was a proud person and so he wouldn't deliberately deny a request or summons from one of his teachers. And who knew where Yunoki-senpai was. To be truthful, Shouko thought he'd be one of the first ones to arrive. Still, Hihara-senpai didn't seem worried and he knew Yunoki-senpai the best out of them all so it was probably nothing to be concerned about. So Shouko turned her attention to everyone else in the room. No one really seemed into conversation except for Kaho-senpai and Hihara-senpai, who were speaking quietly to each other. Before the silence could become oppressive, however, the door burst open and in came Kanazawa-sensei, looking as harried and disgruntled as ever, shouting to some unknown person out in the hall. Shouko looked to the only other person in the room who she felt comfortable meeting eyes with and met with Kaho-senpai's bewildered look. She met it with a shake of her head, equally confused, before turning back to their music teacher. "Ano...K-Kanazawa-sensei?" she asked timidly. When no one objected or looked at her strangely, she raised her voice a little louder. "Kanazawa-sensei...are...I mean, is everything all right?" |
