As usual, Keiichi wasn't really listening to the conversation. He caught snatches of it, hearing things like "incredibly good weather" and "checked my horoscope". He also noted, sometime at the beginning of the conversation, a slight blush on his classmate's cheeks. Keiichi didn't know what she was blushing at, and decided to not dwell on the issue.

Instead of being a good, attentive person, he was staring in some kind of daze at a very expensive-looking cello on display. It appeared to be of Stradivarius quality, but one could never really tell until the instrument was played. Keiichi then started thinking about the interesting background of Stradivarius instruments, which were built by members of the Stradivari family-- particularly Antonio Stradivari, whose techniques had never quite been understood by modern craftsmen and scientists.

"So what are you doing here today Shimizu-kun? Did the weather make you want to go for a walk, or was there some music you wanted to pick up?"

Keiichi returned his attention to the pair in front of him in time to hear Adagio's question. "...I am looking for a new music book... I ran out of new songs to play." To be honest, he hadn't even really noticed the weather. Was it sunny, windy, or rainy? ...Well, if it were rainy, he would've probably gotten wet. Keiichi glanced down at himself to be sure he wasn't, before looking back at Adagio and Manami.

Nodding her head in understanding, Adagio turned slowly to look over the store before pointing to a certain section.

"There is some pretty interesting music over there, I was thinking of picking up a couple of their pieces for violin for myself actually."

When she thought on it a little more, it actually seemed like a better idea to go and grab the music now then wait and have somebody else take it off the shelf and buy it.

"Actually, I think I may grab those really quick. Last time I left something on the shelf somebody bought the last copy of the WATCHMEN graphic novel I wanted."

Waving to Manami and Keiichi, Adagio walked over a few isles and began looking very hard for the violin music she had spotted before. She did not exactly need more music, but the sheets had really caught her attention.

((OOC: Gah!! I can't think of how we can move this party to the ice cream parlor >___<))

Manami could not suppress a slight chuckle from escaping her lips as her kouhai quickly sauntered off and disappeared behind one of the store's shelves. She couldn't help but wonder if Adagio excused herself because the situation felt awkward for her (which was partially Manami's fault for she had indirectly egged the younger girl onto Shimizu). The brunette's intuition seemed right on the mark though; it did seem like the cheery violinist harbored some sort affection for the quiet cellist.

Adagio had seemed really happy upon seeing Shimizu that it would be a real pity if they would part ways after Adagio bought her music sheet. But as much as Manami wanted for them to have a quiet moment on their own, she knew that it would be too tactless to leave Adagio just like that with Shimizu, since she was Adagio's companion in the first place. Rubbing her hands thoughtfully against her chin, Manami's mind wandered as she tried to find a compromise for the situation at hand. A few seconds later, it struck her.

"Shimizu-kun," she said, turning to the cellist with a bright smile. "Do you have somewhere you need to go after you buy here? There's a newly-opened ice cream parlor down the street and I heard from friends that their sundaes are really good. Adagio and I will be going there after this. Do you want to come along?"

ooc: Apologies for the super late reply! I hope this post is okay, as I can't think of any better ways to move it to the ice cream shop. xD;

"There is some pretty interesting music over there, I was thinking of picking up a couple of their pieces for violin for myself actually."

That would be perfect. Keiichi followed Adagio away from Manami, trying to think of a specific composer's music he might want to search for. Upon reaching the aisle his classmate was in, he began running his fingers lightly over the sheets, scanning for the best one. He moved slowly to the left, his eyes reading each and every title in sight.

Bump. Keiichi's shoulder came into contact with something warm, but he paid no heed. "Ah. I found one..."

Not even glancing to see what exactly he bumped into, Keiichi took the sheet music delicately into his hands and carried it over to the cash register. After paying for it, he headed back to where Manami appeared to be thinking hard about something. All this happened in record time for a person usually so slow in everything else.

"Do you have somewhere you need to go after you buy here? There's a newly-opened ice cream parlor down the street and I heard from friends that their sundaes are really good. Adagio and I will be going there after this. Do you want to come along?"

Keiichi fingered his new sheet music and thought a bit. Sundaes... sundaes were good. He was pretty sure he didn't have any other plans, either, so... "Yes..."

Adagio had been slightly surprised when she felt Keiichi bump into her, but in a split second he was gone and she did not get the chance to say anything. Shaking her head, she chuckled a moment before she found what she was looking for and made her way over to the counter.

As Adagio made her way back towards the group, she caught the statement about sundaes and got excited. Sure, she was not really a sundae person, but she could just get and ice cream cone instead.

"Do you think they have rum raisin? That's my favorite! Well, that and mint chocolate chip."

Putting her finger to her chin, Adagio went over all of the ice cream flavors she could think of and put them into to order of good to bad.

"Well, I guess I may like cinnamon ice cream a little more than mint chocolate chip. I rarely ever find any of that though."

Shrugging her shoulders, Adagio waited for the group to make their way out of the store so she could get some ice cream.

A day with my two friends Manami and Shimizu, how great is this!
As Adagio waited a smile came to her face as she thought.

"I hear there's lots of flavors available at the parlor, so there's a big probability that they have what you want," came Manami's rather optimistic comment. As she peered at both her kouhai's faces, she noticed the approving and excited expressions. Not wasting any more time, Manami led the way out of the music store. The wind chimes tinkled after them.

Manami stopped for while to study her surroundings. She couldn't exactly recall the name of the ice cream parlor (it was some foreign-sounding name) but her classmate Maki had described that its facade had a gigantic ice cream cone signboard. Her eyes swept through both directions, scrutinizing the immediate shops lining the street, until she found what she was looking for. The big ice cream cone signboard loomed just a few meters ahead on her right side.

"Found it," she muttered triumphantly as she turned to her companions. "It's not far from here. Probably five minutes away. Shall we go?" With a smile, she gave them a nod before walking ahead to the direction of the ice cream parlor.

Rum raisin? Keiichi tilted his head slightly, trying to figure out what that would taste like. He couldn't recall ever hearing of that flavor before... but then again, he didn't particularly eat a whole lot of ice cream.

Keiichi followed his sempai out the music store, enjoying the tinkling sound made by the wind chimes as they passed through the door. As he waited for Manami to find the store, he thought of what ice cream flavor he would get. The only ones he could remember were vanilla, chocolate, and... hm. Taro ice cream was good.

"It's not far from here. Probably five minutes away. Shall we go?"

Keiichi nodded and headed in the direction of the ice cream parlor, all the while trying to decide what flavor he would get. He wondered vaguely if there was any music-related flavor... if it were even possible.

Following her two companions, Adagio could not help but notice how the crowd seemed to be a little bigger now. Though she was not afraid of crowds, and was in no way clostrophobic, she was afraid of losing everyone.

Better revert to third grade tactics!

Grabbing ahold of part of Manami's shirt, Adagio reached behind her and grabbed Shimizu's sleeve almost making a type of chain.

"Don't want to loose anyone now do we?"

Smiling, she continued to walk while looking around. Some people were still staring at the little party as they walked along, but Adagio payed them no attention.

((OOC: Super short! Sorry guys >___<))
