We took a hit, yesterday!! Agnes and Andy succumbed to the pressure laid on by their opponents (Flavia & Janko, respectively). In addition, there are those who resent their dismissal from Team Ebony. Giving us the finger because they won and we loss. Had to endure the taunts of Daniela who bounced, Vania. And, the biggest thump was the finger Michael gave Berdych. Not to worry; Stan made noise on our behalf. Patty is acquitting herself well. Though only honorary, she is a part of this flowing stream. We remain as dynamic as ever warding off the "glimmer of hope". You are the elegant choices of this venture, primed for victory. Today, we go into battle in full force. Notwithstanding the subterfuge, Nikolay, Roger, Caroline, Kaia, and Agnieszka, consummate SUPERSTARS, enter the arena hoisting this banner of greatness, side stepping the wannabees in gracious fashion. Hey Superstars!!! I wasn't ignoring you. Had a really busy day outside, today. Started with my first acupuncture treatment. Asked the therapist to ply one more needle in tribute to you. Two more succumbed to superior talent for the day; many rise when encountering Team Ebony's flowing streams of nothing but the best; they catch the fever and periodically beat us. Still, we appreciate the gallant efforts of Agnieszka and Nikolay. Beacons were there; kaia, Roger, and Caroline glowed in the bright lights of winning. Today, Stanislas reminded us why he is here beating Chela handily. Stan is an emerging star of this enclave of SUPERSTARS. Keep doing you! Stay focused!! Embrace and Execute Your Talent!! SUPERSTARS, much of the debris has been removed, there are a few blockades to avoid. With fewer players we will thwart the glimmers. Today is yet another occasion to strut your stuff. Very nice Team Ebony. Caro will have her hands full in the next round. It's almost a shame she has to meet Maria so early. Those two seem to be playing the best tennis of the tournament, along with poor Kimmy. Glad Kaia has served you well to this point, but I'm afraid she's overstayed her welcome, and now it's time to kiss her goodbye. You see, this quarter is WIDE open, and my Yanina wants it BAD. Did you catch her battle of wills with your girl friday, Peppermint Patty? It was tooth and nail every minute, and the wind was wreaking havoc. Schnyder was her old brilliant self at times, threw everything at her, and even had match point, but Wicky held tough and didn't back down under those tricky conditions. Oh well, you've got plenty of points to spare, you won't even miss 'Kaia. See ya KK. |

OH YES SUPERSTARS!!! We continue to flow in stellar performances. Yesterday, our fortunes moved to another level. Kaia, Caroline, and Roger kicked butt and claimed matches. Special props to Kaia who believed and demostrated that strength is proven in adversity; she calmed her nerves to spank her supposedly more adept opponent. Our honorary team member, Patty, fought the good fight, but fell to a pretender to the throne who grovelled before the tennis gods to extort a victory. Today, Stanislas enters the arena to mount a mighty challenge. Be mindful that your opponent's history is spotty; he can be had, and you possess the gifts to debunk him as he has been decoded in the past. The winning energies of yesterday remain for you.
