![]() SUPERSTARS, Team Ebony is indebted to Stan for putting a bit more of a damper on that glimmer of hope entertained by some misguided contenders. Yesterday, he mounted a mighty victory; he decoded and debunked a would be "giant". Oh Happy Day!!! His new wife, Ilham; his new daughter, Alexia; his old coach, Dimitri; his new coach, Peter, and Team Ebony SUPERSTARS, Kaia, Caroline, and Roger salute this grand accomplishment. Applause and Standing Ovation!!!!!!!! Today, the plot thickens; the land mines are particularly tricky. No worries, you, Kaia, Caroline, and Roger, have the right stuff to master the complexities of achieving these conquests. Remember, one butt kick, then another. You will meet the challenges in your ever magnificent ways. YOU ARE GREAT!!!! Remain Calm! Be intentional! Execute to the Hilt! Embrace Who You Are! Stay in the Moment! FLOW TEAM EBONY, FLOW!!! Oh yes, the stars have been shining on you my dear, until now. Ol' Stanley hit some LUCKY shots and scraped through last round, but TRUTH be told -the guy's a PIPSQUEAK and it's all over for him. Your Caro and Kaia are TOAST. |

I played with the numbers a little bit, and realistically, with the loss of Dixie's Murray at the hands of Ebony's Wawrinka, she PROBABLY just sealed the game. That said, if Kaia, Stan and Caro all lose their next matches and Robin can take out La Rog in the Quarterfinals, there's still a chance. If Caroline pulls through her match with Maria, I don't see any way that Ebony can lose it. |

![]() ![]() ![]() And so it is, SUPERSTARS! The smile is etched. Kaia, Caroline, and Roger, just another banner day!!! Team Ebony continues to wow; one butt kick, then another. Your winning ways blanket this tournament. Caroline you smartly used the pace of her power to take her out of contention. Special props for Kaia; they doubted you. You moved to mount a masterful come back from the first set bagel to bounce your opponent who acted as if she had a vested place in the winner's circle. Today, Stan re-enters the arena to take on the one who sat on the glass table. Shatter his dreams; take this match. You have been called a pipsqueak. Show them the magic that comes is small packages. Continue your trek back to the top ten. Aggressively dismiss this opponent. Light a fire under his butt. Stay Attentive! Be Intentional! Execute Well! Is that so? Care to elaborate, Ms. Meanie ? If I didn't know better, I'd think you are being a SORE winner, cuz I didn't see that from my Wicky, AT ALL.

Yuck. Evidently, a pipsqueak trumps a lightweight. |

Yanina was prancing around as if Kaia did not matter for the first set and the first two points of the second set. Of course, Kaia put a stop to it with her play. Confession, I felt it was so bad that I left the match for the remaining play of the second set and a portion of the third set. Went to livescores to see the turn around. I scurried back to the match. By the way, what was the issue with the sharp object for Yanina? |
