( of course you know somebody whose initials are Theo is going to suggest that some cooking of the books went on) I volunteer as a former government auditor (no, not the IRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, and still unemployed since 1/2009)) to "audit and certify" the results...after all, edgeukashun and math (2+5=-99) are a must for the job...
