Why doesn't he withdraw and rest up for the AO? Seems ridiculous to keep going if he isn't feeling well. |

I suspect it is not in his nature. He probably does not want to disappoint the fans and the tournament sponsors. He seemed a lot better, today, than he did yesterday. However, I do get your point. Even though he is winning, it is taking a bit to get to victory because his opponents are putting forth greater efforts. Yesterday, he had to play three sets. Today, he played two sets but they were taxing sets. So. he is getting winded and exhausted just before a major event, and that does seem unwise especially since AO2011 is more important in the scheme of things. |
