Section A: Establishment and General Procedure
I. The position of Employee of the Week is established as of Friday, October 1st, 2010. II. The aforementioned position is established as a way to promote company activity as well as Colonomics activity. III. The Employee of the Week will be appointed by the Finance Committee Chief and approved Chairperson on every Sunday. The Company Manager is required to increase the pay of the selected member my $0.50. IV. Should the Employee of the Week not work for more than two continuous Work Cycles, the Company Manager is mandated to remove his pay to his Work Productivity pay and not change it until the week is over. V. The same employee cannot be chosen twice for the Employee of the Week position.
